@jvd0730 @emptybites Is. I would view it from a calories out perspective (again, assuming your mathbis correct; and I believe you!). Your body has signals of lack of energy and is essentially in a fight or flight mode. In this context I would see it as a calories out problem, not calories in problem.
English

@jvd0730 @emptybites But, her point stands even still. If the body is not getting its energy requirements, it signals scarcity and stress. Forcing the body to prepare for the worst and hold excess weight because it thinks it is in a state of survival. Or, with prolonged semi-starvation, it basically

@jsnjarrell76 @nickshirleyy Correct. Just not as much refinement as nuclear weapons necessitate. And it is my understanding Iran had already reached refinement levels needed for nuclear power but have been pushing refinement further; this would elude to using that uranium for other means...
English

@nickshirleyy Nuclear power requires enriched Uranium for fuel

@cnaztri @bryan_johnson I reckon he is stating those percentages based on total energy intake (calories) as per gram fats have more calories than carbohydrates

@MrPerfectPhilip @lyfscraft Such an awesome thing to do, and so easy at the point of the pour. I do polished concrete/epoxy etc. for a living and have mentioned many of my clients to do the same when I have the opportunity. And super bonus is in floor radiant heating for the winter! Would never leave!

@ryleysheehan @lyfscraft Every concrete slab I’ve ever poured has had lightning rods that are grounded into the earth. Personally I’m a fan of bare feet on the grass but grounding while you walk around your house would be nice
English

@MrPerfectPhilip @lyfscraft Bonus: ground the stone tile through the concrete. Or, polished concrete through the whole house and drive grounding rods into the earth when the concrete is pouredx
, or mixture of the both. Just thinkin out loud here😂
English

@lyfscraft When it comes to the doors trim and cabinets you should always only use real wood. When it comes to the flooring again use real wood or natural stone tile. Last thing I would recommend is to use 5/8 fire rated drywall, slightly more expensive than 1/2 inch but well worth it

@ryleysheehan @crispus_attucs I've heard about Dailies a couple times but they have many! Will research the "1" types then. Thank you!
English

@ProjectImpero @crispus_attucs Dailes total 1 do not block UV. Coincidentally they're one of the most expensive on the market😂
English

@crispus_attucs They probably differ. Will have to research this.
