@USAA @USAA_help why have you been such crap lately? You are leaving active duty personnel high and dry while we are over seas! Rent is due today, and yet again I am unable to pay because I can’t change debit card limits for withdrawal on my own money!

@USAA Overseas customers. I’ve been a customer for over 15 years. What are you going to do with my number?

@USAA The same issue arises. No chat available. I was told last month that the code to increase my debit card would be emailed to me instead of text. That is no longer an option. I will probably be forced to take my banking elsewhere as USAA is unable to help its
