Tha point of asking this was to show how different people will have different answers. If you read comments you will realise that’s the case here. User 2 will suggest to divide. User 1 will suggest that User 2 should lose. Many suggesting platform should give. But platform does not have that kind of money, so that’s not a solution that can be implemented in this situation. This is why you cannot simply decide and implement. The scheme suggests a way forward taking into account what is legally appropriate, provided majority creditors agree and court approves 🙏
