Without the testing there's no way to know for sure if you're autistic or not. You don't go around telling people you have cancer if you didn't get checkd. Same concept

Self identifying as autistic is actually beneficial because if you know why you’re getting so upset all the time you can learn to regulate your nervous system by doing things like going on hikes instead of idk drinking—and you don’t need to pay thousands of dollars for it
