@thevivafrei @JayC_Hi No. I have gotten these many times, and it's related to Eczema. When my hands get very bad, they will pop up. Cortisone stops the itching, but won't heal them. You need a good eczema lotion and to apply it regularly for the blisters to heal. Mine tend to pop up more in Winter.
