Census-2027 has begun in J&K with self-enumeration. Mark my words: Census data will trigger identity-based politics in J&K on regional and sub-regional levels as never before, because numbers will decide our share in power, representation, jobs, schemes, etc. Delimitation will be just a footnote of the process.
Not a single statement from any Kashmiri politician on the need for enrollment.
This is called "visionary" leadership.
