It was initiated well on time, however, for the last 4 years, 4 different types of observation have been raised, out of which only the first one was as per the book; and the others are created, one after another, out of the book.

@Warrior_Mukul An amount of more than 2.5L is pending at @pcdaopune. Asking for documents to be signed by Army Cdr level which are not even stated to be produced are being asked by your organisation.

Functioning of PCDA(O), Pune: It has now become a regular feature that everyday I listen to the horror stories from our Officers regarding the functioning of PCDA(O), Pune. Over a period of time, this particular Organisation, which is supposed to serve us, appears to have become so high headed that they don't even bother to reply to the queries of the Officers for months together. Corruption has set in to the extent that there are touts who are ringing up the Officers from Pune asking for a fee to get their long outstanding claims passed. I have concrete & irrefutable evidence wherein, after paying a particular percentage to a tout, the PCDA has passed the claim which was otherwise pending since long without any reasons. The Govt publicises about the Right to Services but this is how the Armed Forces Officers, many of whom are posted in far flung areas without any internet connectivity even, are being fleeced by denial of the service. Is there no accountability of CGDA? Does the PCDA pay the interest on the amount to the Officers which is wrongly deducted/withheld by them? We know that our First CDS had passed certain illegal Orders to PCDA(O) to deny even the legitimate dues to the Officers but then, that is a history now. When is the Govt going to curb such gross corruption? When would these Babus of CDA be made accountable? A new type of Litigation has started now against the PCDA and it is increasing day by day for which the Govt is being made to pay to defend the PCDA. @Warrior_Mukul @pcdaopune I have written multiple grievances regarding deduction of my allowances of 4 years back, without any grounds. No responce from @pcdaopune has been received yet. Do I have to come to Pune to request the organisation to release my hard earned allowances? It's difficult!
