@SamsungUK still no refund since 29th feb. Customer services shouting at me, being hung up on, giving out telephone nos of no relevance!! Let alone nearly 3hrs a day of calls. All i want is my refund!!!

@SamsungUK shocking customer service, hung up on, shouted at, pretended they couldn't hear me...not to mention the hours on the phone trying to sort a refund which still has not been actioned!! Why are there no managers to speak to or complaints process?????
