💥 Semivan Blockbuster 💥 I know where the legacy programs are located. You should take [Grusch] and everything he says to the bank. It's our inalienable right to know about this. "I've had other people involved tell me, 'If you only knew the depth and complexity of this and if you knew how frightening it is, you would understand the government's reluctance to even admit...we're not alone.'" "I think there are probably members of the Gang of Eight, maybe not all of the Gang of Eight, who know about this." ~Semivan (Reminder of who makes up the current Gang of Eight... @RepMikeTurner - @jahimes - @MarkWarner - @SenMarcoRubio - @SpeakerJohnson - @RepJeffries - @SenSchumer - @LeaderMcConnell ) ~~~ My comments in ( ) Jim Semivan: "...in the end, and I've I've mentioned this to people in Congress...basically what's going on is a battle between the executive branch and the government entities that work for the executive branch, primarily, and then Congress themselves. Congress has a right to oversee anything where U.S. government funds are being used. The executive branch, on the other hand, is basically saying, 'Look, that may be the case, and we will advise Congress, but not at the level you want us to advise Congress.' "I think what's going on now is, there are these legacy programs that are out there. I'm not gonna get into where they are located. I do know where they're located, and, you know, and things along those lines. Dave Grusch, by the way...a very, very nice man. You should take him and everything he says to the bank. I mean, he's not uttered a false word, as far as I know, and I gotta commend him for coming out like this and putting his reputation on the line and everything else. "But what you have really is this idea that - and it's not just national security, per se - but you have Congress saying, 'Look, we need to know everything about this.' And you have the executive branch coming back and saying, 'Well, no, because there are other elements of this that you're not aware of that we don't think would be suitable for public disclosure, or even for disclosure to most members of Congress. "So I think what's happened is, in the very beginning, I think what had happened was Eisenhower, or maybe Truman, but probably Eisenhower, sometime in the early 50s - in other words, to get this whole topic of UFOs and UAPs under control - probably executed a presidential, executive action document. Which basically, is pretty interesting, not many people know about those. But the president has rather extraordinary powers and under extraordinary circumstances, he can come out and he can basically say, 'Okay, we're going to do X,Y and Z and this is who we're gonna tell and this is who we're not gonna tell, 'and that's that's pretty much it. And it has a pretty strong, legal precedent. And I think that's what happened. "And I think what he did was basically say, 'I will notify...we'll make this, what we now call...back in those days, we didn't have that, but what we now call a waivered (waived ~Joe) unacknowledged Special Access Program. Which basically means that nobody gets to know what the hell it is unless you're on this BIGOTED list, this very, very highly restricted list. And usually, that would only include the president and whoever he deems it necessary for them to know." ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ (When Admiral Wilson found the crash retrieval program in 1997 and visited the location, he wasn't given access and a tour but was shown the BIGOT list. It included the names of civilian program employees but no names from the White House, no president and no members of Congress or their staffers. A handful were Pentagon individuals that Wilson recognized, a few were from the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Acquisition and Technology, and someone at the NSC who was a Pentagon SES employee.) Wilson/Davis Notes checktheevidencecom.ipage.com/checktheeviden… ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Semivan: "So, I think that's what's what's going on here and I think Congress wants to know more about it. And I think there are members of Congress who know about this. I think there are probably members of the Gang of Eight, maybe not all of the Gang of Eight, who know about this. But I think over the years, the past 80 years, that Congress has been informed, but in a very, very limited way. Now, you can make a strong case, I think, by saying that, 'No, this is something we need to know.' You said this in 'Them,' one of the very last things you said was, 'We need to organize a way to find this, organize it and what have you, and theorize about it.' But you also said it was the right, our inalienable right - and I agree with you - to know about this." Whitley: "It's a right but it's a rather dangerous one." Semivan: "Yeah. Let me also add...when you think about this, there are national security issues, naturally, associated with this but I don't think that's enough not to say, 'Look, we're being visited,' or 'We have visitors and we're not alone in the Universe or other non-human intelligences are around.' But you have to wonder - and let me give the government here the benefit of the doubt in some respects - why over 80 years...what did they know? What did they come across that is so problematic that they will not discuss this in any way, shape, or form? That's something that I've been thinking about and I've had other people involved tell me, 'If you only knew the depth and complexity of this and if you knew how frightening it is, you would understand the government's reluctance to even admit something that's...what is so obvious to all of us, is that we're not alone and there are other non-human intelligences with us on this planet." #ufos #ufoX #uap #aliens #paranornal #supernatural

Donald Trump was the first president in 129 years to lose the popular vote twice. He was the first president in 89 years to lose the presidency, the House and the Senate in a single term. He was the first president in 28 years to lose re-election. He lost the most jobs of any president since Herbert Hoover. He lost the Trump University case, the fake charity case, the NY business fraud case, the E. Jean Carroll sexual assault and defamation case, he lost a lawsuit against The NY Times, lost countless appeals, lost 61 lawsuits related to the 2020 election, lost the state of Georgia three times, lost Pennsylvania, Arizona, Texas & Wisconsin twice, and he even managed to lose 8 times at the friggin Emmy Awards. He’s under 4 indictments, facing 91 felony charges and to date, he’s been ordered to pay more than a hundred million dollars in penalties with a potential $370 million more in the week ahead where he may also lose his right to engage in the state's real estate industry for life and be barred entirely from doing business in New York. All of this, while he’s been saying that windmills kill whales, that magnets stop working when wet, that he ran against Obama, that E. Jean Carroll is a political rival and that Nikki Haley was in charge of security on January 6th, for which one could ostensibly make the case that in addition to everything else he’s been losing — he is also losing his damn mind. He once said there would be so much winning people would get sick of it. When in reality, when it comes to Donald Trump in the last several years, there’s been nothing but losing. He was right about one thing however — we are sick of it. And by it, I mean him. We like former presidents who aren’t losers and at the end of the day, Donald Trump is a loser, maybe the biggest loser in history. Many people say so. The best people. Believe me.

My dear friends , this type of alien is the one I have seen in the abyss of the concrete building Wernher Von Braun and astronaut Edgar Mitchell took me to see. Some bodies were not intact but mangled some were like the one in this video. To the best of my recollection there could have been 8 in glass containers. This is what I posted a while ago: I will say it again & again, over & over, Dr Wernher von Braun SHOWED me alien bodies that were somewhat similar to the ones in the video – but their shape & decayed/injured state is certainly similar!). They were being kept inside a massive, refrigerated room – at least three flights of stairs beneath a building that is situated on a well-known NASA base! (Are they still being kept there? I don’t know…but look back at some at my previous posts on this subject, I have made it very clear where this was!) Before we went in von Braun asked me to put on an orange, Antarctic-style warm coat - with the circular blue NASA logo on it - and he also put one on too. Inside it smelled like a hospital. I could see what looked like heavy, glass containers, with lifeless bodies lying inside them. It was a shocking sight! Like when you see an accident that has happened, and you feel like something has hit you in the stomach. The containers looked like thick, triple-glazed, transparent coffins that were misted with frost along all of the edges and corners. The bodies were small, thin & very frail looking with big heads. but disturbingly familiar. They looked uncannily like us -enough for me to feel repulsed and sorry for seeing these “victims”. They had either been severely injured or had decomposed a lot. But not all. None of your cynical & sceptical scoffing comments will change what I have seen. Friends, please let me know your comments. And let me know if you think this footage of the alien is real or not. It certainly is very convincing. #AlienEncounter #WernherVonBraun #EdgarMitchell #NASA #AlienBodies #RefrigeratedRoom #AlienSightings #UnexplainedPhenomenon #ExtraterrestrialLife #UnidentifiedObjects #ConspiracyTheory #RealOrHoax #DecayedBodies #MysteriousEncounter #StrangeDiscoveries #OtherworldlyEntities #IntriguingEvidence #ufo #uap

Dr. Garry Nolan told Ross Coulthart he couldn’t discuss whether the U.S. Army got To The Stars’ metamaterials to levitate using their terahertz transmitter. “I’m not allowed to talk about that.” This interview was recorded in June 2022. #ufox #ufotwitter #ufo #uap

Sean Kirkpatrick claims To The Stars’ metamaterials provided to the U.S. Army for scientific analysis through a 2019 research partnership are not from an advanced craft of unknown origin. “It really is a piece of missile casing from the 1950s.” #ufox #ufotwitter #ufo #uap

President Biden signs the FY 2024 National Defense Authorization Act, but notes a caveat with respect to one of the UAP-related provisions President Biden today (12-22-23) signed into law the FY 2024 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA, H.R. 2670). In a formal signing statement, the President listed one of the act's UAP-related provisions, Section 1687, as among several provisions that would require submission of "highly sensitive classified information" to Congress, and said that the Administration will presume a right to comply with these provisions in a manner (not specified) that it believes protects national security. The pertinent portion of the signing statement appears below. Section 1687 denies funding for Department of Defense special access programs "involving unidentified anomalous phenomena...unless the Secretary of Defense has provided the details of the activity to the appropriate congressional committees and congressional leadership..." The just-signed NDAA contains four UAP-related provisions. For more details on those provisions, and complete text of the new UAP-related laws, see my "Quick Guide to UAP-related Provisions in the Final FY 2024 National Defense Authorization Act" by clicking on the link below. douglasjohnson.ghost.io/quick-guide-to…

Without clear definitions of terms and enforcement mechanisms, the so-called 'intelligence agencies' can continue hiding the truth from us. We can't give them an "out". We have to force them to tell us the truth.

The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) of 2024 doesn't bring us any closer to the truth behind UAPs. Thread🧵🛸
