@EE my auntie has mobile with yourself and was about to take broadband until her house has just been destroyed in an arson attack. She’s in a B&B with no wi-fi and is worried about excessive data use. Is there a way to temporarily upgrade her package until she can get WiFi?

@ring_uk Haven’t checked if the camera is working yet but is there a way to replace the damaged part without paying for a new unit? My aunties house was heavily damaged due to a fire (arson) and she found out due to her neighbours using the doorbell and her rear camera!

@BootsUK really disappointed that my order keeps getting cancelled due to failing ‘internal validity’ checks 😡 Even left it 24 hours and tried again but same thing. Really wanted one of the Tuesday offers today too!

@YodelOnline very poor customer service. parcel out for delivery yesterday, updated 11.21am to say short delay. No further updates since. Online chat useless. Gave no explanation and ended the chat after advising to use the app for a 2 hour window, which I have! Where my parcel?

@RoyalMail no one has requested the item be retained so why has delivery been delayed?

@kate_rackham Fingerprint jewellery? We thought we were too late as my mum passed so quick after diagnosis but the jeweller and funeral home helped sort them and it brings lots of comfort 5 years later knowing she’s still at important events with us.

**Morbid post** I’m after some inspiration… I’m trying to think of things that I can do for my girls for after I’ve died. So far I have bought them jewellery, and am in the process of trying to sort flowers for future birthdays. Does anyone have any other good ideas?! 😢😭😢😭

@haven 3/3… now out of pocket for the mattress bought to the specification provided on booking the travel cot hire, the travel cot hire, a new travel cot (that we don’t require at home due to already having one) and will have to wait for the hire deposit refund. Extremely poor service!

@haven preordered a travel cot, bought a mattress using sizes provided. Get to site after 8 hours travelling, had to ring 3 times to find travel cot. Eventually arrived after 2 hours. Far smaller than the sizes provided. No more in stock. Too late to go buy a new mattress. 1/2

@haven 2/3… he said he would continue to try and source a travel cot to the sizes you advise are available and would let me know if successful. That was on Saturday and still no contact. Luckily we decided to go buy our own travel cot with built in mattress so we know he’s safe.

@haven No. We spent a sleepless night watching him on a bed with a guard. Next morning got attitude off a receptionist when asking to speak to a manager to try to resolve the issue. He offered another bed rail or a travel cot that still wouldn’t fit the mattress in… 1/2

@haven offered a bed rail for a 3 month old! Disgusting service. We thought we’d save a little bit of room in the car, wish we hadn’t bothered now and then we’d know our baby is sleeping safely. Why have we paid to hire an item we can’t even use!

@TravelodgeUK do you provide travel cots with any of your rooms? We’d like to break a journey up as now travelling with a 3 month old but won’t have a cot with us.

@haven I have a caravan holiday booked for 2 adults in September but will now be fostering a newborn baby. Can I add on to my booking for a crib? If so how do I do this and how much would it be? I’ve looked on manage my booking but can’t find anything!!
