If you're travelling by car through Mollem, Goa, there is an automated "challan" for missing PUC that is issued even if you have a valid PUC. They'll send a challan for 10K! The only way to resolve is to visit their RTO: maps.app.goo.gl/YsjAwYmukfXBv6… Before 2pm on a working day. They will reverse it but it is a painful exercise, I hope the Goa RTO authorities fix this, it's unnecessary.

@deepakshenoy Drove to Odisha from Bangalore this week. Got hit with exactly the same challans three times at two toll gates- that's a whopping 30k in penalty for 'violation of noise and air pollution'. This, for an Innova hycross hybrid vehicle WITH a valid PUC! Have raised a grievance.
