I used Google Cloud on a $300 free trial just to experiment and made 3–4 AI videos. After 5–6 days, my account stopped and I saw a negative balance of ₹51,164. No warning, no notice. I contacted support and told them it was a mistake and I am just a student experimenting, but they said I have to pay or the case will go to a recovery agency. After many emails, they waived 90%. Now they want ₹5,164 and have transferred my case to an American recovery agency. Has this happened to anyone else? What would you do in my place?

If you're doing D2C in India, price your product slightly higher so you can offer a discount. Pricing it at the correct value without any discount doesn't sit well with customers for some reason. You can increase it by ₹500 and offer that ₹500 as a discount - they'll be happy. Never understood it, but it works!

@itsalovelyworl3 @ku1deep lol may be you haven’t used it. The new app is piece of crap missing basic features, most of the things are “coming soon”. You don’t need different app version for different OS versions. Example WhatsApp.

@ku1deep You don't get it.. the new app has extra features is on latest technology and works on Min Android 14 and above. The older one is retained for people still on OS lower than Android 14 to continue using banking via app. These apps and technology is beyond your poetry.

Many people don’t know that Robert frost was born in San Francisco and moved to massachusetts after his father’s death. His intense poetry blended rural realism with profound philosophy. But the themes of Choice and loss always stand out in all of his work. He remains such a quotable poet. Here is an example “ I shall be telling this with a sigh Somewhere ages and ages hence: Two roads diverged in a wood, and I— I took the one less traveled by, And that has made all the difference.” Now someone at HDFC Bank is decided that they need to make performance art inspired by Robert Frost. I give you this masterpiece. Notice these two roads that diverge. They entice you with the one marked “new” but if you have two accounts with them you may need to use both these roads. A simple minded person may think this shows how much contempt they have for their users but I, dear reader, posit that HDFC is trying to bring a touch of the enduring ambiguity and irony to your day. They are saying your time is worthless and we are your masters. Customer Empathy after all means that the Customer empathise with HDFC and the hard job they have of having to service such servile cattle as their customers.
