ED, Gurugram has conducted search and seizure operations under the provisions of PMLA, 2002 on 25.11.2024 at 14 locations in Delhi, NCR region against M/s Orris Infrastructure Private Limited& Directors/Promoters viz. Vijay Gupta, Amit Gupta etc. and M/s Three C Shelters Private Limied & Promoter/Director Nirmal Singh Uppal, Vidhur Bhardwaj etc, in a real estate fraud case of more than Rs. 500 Crore. During the search operations, various incriminating documents, property documents, various digital devices were recovered and seized. Additionally, various FDs and BGs amounting to Rs 31.22 Crore in the name of Orris group of companies has been frozen and seized. Furthermore, bank accounts and lockers belonging to promoters were frozen and 04 luxury cars namely Mercedes, Porsche, BMW etc. were seized from the residence of one of the Directors/Promoters of Orris Group.

System, judiciary, state MLA, MP, RERA—sab hai, par koi solution nahi. Har ek apni responsibility se bhaagta hai, aur builder maze mein hai. Families ke dreams toot gaye, 50 logon ki jaan bhi chali gayi is wait mein, phir bhi system chup hai. Yeh hai asli chehra—jab tak bade log na chahein, aam aadmi ka haq usse nahi milta.

In 13 years, Gurugram’s real estate prices have appreciated 5X—and now, Orris sees profit, not responsibility.
- Wrapping up Phase 1 as if it’s a “favor” to buyers
