@andygeers No tech company is going to promote "our customers used our products less over the last year" so you have to say cynical. Of course that will be spun into "better quality of life etc" but they make money off our attention/usage at the end of the day.

I'm intrigued by Android & iOS adding all these "screen time" measurement features. Has anybody come across any good analysis of whether it shows a genuine desire by tech companies to help us manage addiction or if it's just a cynical ploy to appear as though they're on our side?
