amazon says Samsung people ll help and they allot a senior person but with no result. Now even after 1 month I m with dead phone with no resolution. The phone in question is Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G @amazonIN @SamsungIndia

After that there have Been multiple communications but no result instead Samsung told to get it repaired on our own (motherboard and battery which is almost the cost of phone) as it has crossed warranty but the fact is that it was reported well within warranty,

Bought on 22.09.23 with 1 year validity Phone became almost dead on 10.09.24, complained to amazon chat support around same time they advised to contact Samsung grievance cell with invoice. Mailed to Samsung grievance id on 17.09.24 Along with invoice

@Flipkart Orderd Something from Flipkart also took VIP membership, installation cancelled by Flipkart/Partner company twice wasting 2 days, I cancelled the order next day and a visit from their side planned today but no 1 turned up Pathetic Service from Flipkart not acceptable

Just to inform ECI the pace with which Voter helpline is working there can be so many people like me who have applied and won't be able to caste vote just because of lax attitude of officials involved with Voter ID card. Applied on 11.04.2024

4th day of complaint for AC malfunction still there is no resolution @IndiaHaier 1st complaint made on 02.07.23, one technician came same day and told some other technician ll visit tomorrow, reminder on 04.07.23 and even on 05.07.23 no one came. Bad experience with haier.
