Sen. Thom Tillis, R-N.C., railed against claims from the White House that the United States should assume control of Greenland. His fiery Senate floor speech on Wednesday came after White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller had questioned the territorial claim Denmark has over Greenland in an interview on CNN Monday evening, adding, "Greenland should be part of the United States." The comments come in the wake of the U.S. military capture of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro over the weekend. "I'm sick of stupid," Tillis said, after pointing out Denmark's — and thus Greenland's — high level of support to NATO forces during the war in Afghanistan. "I want good advice for this president because I want this president to have a good legacy."

ICE murdered an American citizen and legal observer in broad daylight today. The video of the incident clearly shows that officers fired shots as the victim was driving away from the scene and not towards law enforcement. Congress must investigate this, end qualified immunity for ICE agents, and hold the Administration accountable for terrorizing our communities.
