Death of a wife in India is by default a "Dowry Death" Time to See the Pattern: 1 - Any unnatural death of a married woman in India is by default labeled a "Dowry Death". Section 498A + 304B IPC = instant arrest of husband + entire family. No proper investigation needed. Presumption of guilt. 2- The allegations are **copy-paste** across thousands of cases: - "In-laws tortured me for Fortuner car" - "Demanded 1 Crore cash" - "Harassed for money to buy flat/land" Same script. Every. Single. Time. 3 - This isn't coincidence. It's a **business model**. File a complaint → Police raid at midnight → Arrests → "Settle" for crores or rot in jail. Even after compromise, cases drag for years. Mental, financial & social harassment of husband's family is guaranteed. 4- Real dowry deaths are tragic & must be punished. But weaponizing it for extortion? Destroying innocent families? Ruining lives with false cases? This is legal terrorism. Data shows thousands of false 498A cases every year. Acquittal rate is high, but damage is permanent. 5- Marriage in India has become a high-risk gamble for men & their families. Time to amend laws: - Make 498A bailable & compoundable - Punish false complainants - Proper investigation before arrests Stop the "guilty until proven innocent" culture. **Wake up India.** This pattern is destroying society. Share if you see it too. #DowryLawMisuse #498A #FalseCases #MensRights #IndianLawReform

A 33-year-old engineer from Uttar Pradesh allegedly died by su*c*de in Gorakhpur after recording an emotional final video in which he blamed prolonged marital disputes and harassment by his wife for pushing him towards taking this extreme step. Before taking the extreme step, he visited the temple and recorded a 1-minute-48-second video showing the noose tied to the tree. In the video, Pradumn appeared emotionally broken and repeatedly spoke about the mental stress he had been facing for years. He said he no longer wished to live because of the suffering caused by his wife. He also appealed to people not to call his death untimely and admitted that thoughts of sui*ide had occupied his mind for the past one-and-a-half months. He had married Arpita Yadav on June 2, 2017. The couple had a five-year-old daughter. According to family members, the relationship turned bitter within months of marriage and disputes had continued for nearly six years. Arpita stayed briefly at her in-laws’ house before moving back to her maternal home. Later, when Pradumn took her to Delhi where he was employed at the time, the relationship worsened further. The family alleged that after returning to her maternal home, Arpita filed dowry harassment and maintenance cases against Pradumn. Hearings in the matter had been continuing for several years. Pradumn came from Indore on May 10 He attended a court hearing on May 12 in Padrauna The next hearing was scheduled for July 21, 2026 Frequent court appearances affected his work life Family said he had slipped into depression Pradumn's family is now left devastated after his death. Police have begun an investigation and are examining the video and other digital evidence linked to the case. IT'S HIGH TIME NOW FOR THE GOVT. , THE LAW MAKERS TO AMEND THE GENDER BIASED LAWS. #formenidia

Last year Ravi Mohan's wife Aarthi Ravi asked for 40 lakhs per month maintenance. 4.8 crores a year. Feminist girls and simps were defending her and saying she comes from a rich family. Then why was she begging? Why can't she earn herself? Sorry, I don't respect gold diggers.

Vivek Kumar Verma (34) committed suicide by hanging himself at his home in Mahavir Nagar, Jamdoli, on February 6, 2026. He was working as a manager at a solar company located in Vidhyadhar Nagar. He had written a suicide note in 18 points in his mobile notes 20 days before committing suicide. In this, he has accused his wife and brother-in-law (wife's brother) of threatening and harassing him. He wrote, 'My wife and her brother together will kill me, that's why my death was necessary... they are not letting me live... they made me cry tears of blood...' In the suicide note, he also asked for strict punishment for both of them. Vivek's brother Shiv Kumar Verma filed a case at Jamdoli police station and alleged that just a few days after the wedding, Vivek came to know about his wife talking to someone. When he checked her mobile, his suspicion turned into complete certainty. When questioned, his wife quarreled with him and locked herself in another room. Shiv Kumar Verma said that his wife was torturing his brother Vivek by threatening to kill him. Her brother-in-law also used to call and threaten him every day. Meanwhile, at Dausa women's police station, a month after Vivek's death, a case of dowry harassment has been filed by the wife against the in-laws' side. A demand of ₹10 lakh has been made in exchange for a settlement. THIS IS REALLY UNFORTUNATE THAT A WIFE FILES A DOWRY HARASSMENT CASE AGAINST HER IN-LAWS AFTER HER HUSBAND'S DEATH JUST TO SAVE HERSELF FROM THE ALLEGATIONS. DOWRY AND DV ACT HAS BECOME A JOKE NOW. WHAT DO YOU THINK? #formenidia

A man was spending time with his son. His wife saw him on the road, recorded a video, and publicly humiliated him. She said that she was working and he was not. She also said - I should've married a rich man. What happened to equality? Are men just ATMs?

Everyone, please stay silent. A man has committed suicide — no outrage should be created. 🚫 India Today, NDTV, Times of India— all silent. Reporting male suicides doesn't fit their narrative.

Village resident Anup Kumar Ram married his wife and mother of four children, 32-year-old Jyoti Kumari, to her lover, Rajesh Das, in the presence of the village council and villagers. The most emotional scene was witnessed when all four children were present for their mother's wedding. • Jyoti Kumari was married with great pomp to Anup Kumar Ram in 2011. Two weeks after the wedding, Anup took his wife to Asansol, West Bengal, where his father owned a shoe shop. •While living there, Jyoti became close to Rajesh Das, a friend of Anup. •The two had a long-term affair and remained in constant contact. This gradually soured their relationship. •It is said that a few months ago, Rajesh Das arrived in the village on the pretext of observing the Chhath festival and stayed there for about three months. After much persuasion, he was sent back, but about 20 days ago, he returned to the village and began living with Jyoti and that's when he came to know about the affair. • The wedding turned emotional as Jyoti's mother, Reena Kunwar, held her four grandchildren—15-year-old Pritam Kumar, 10-year-old Uttam Kumar, 8-year-old Pawan Kumar, and 6-year-old Preeti Kumari—weeping and explaining that their mother would no longer be with them.  Meanwhile, the mother, upset by her daughter's decision, expressed her displeasure after the wedding by beating her and her boyfriend with a slipper. Later, she was seen counseling her son-in-law, Anup Kumar Ram, with her children. According to villagers, this was the first such incident in the village, where four children witnessed their mother's wedding. WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THIS BIZZARE INCIDENT? The only chance he would have had for getting justice in India is — if he had a PU$$Y between his legs. Then it would automatically become a "DOWRY DEATH" and create unlimited outrage. NO PU$$Y😿 — NO JUSTICE 🚫 Better luck next life. 👍🏼

Title: “The Cost of Walking Away” The courtroom of the Supreme Court of India was unusually tense that morning. It wasn’t a high-profile constitutional matter or a political storm—it was something far more ordinary, yet deeply human. A marriage on the verge of collapse. The husband stood nervously, clutching his file. His voice trembled as he spoke: “Milord… I want to withdraw my divorce petition.” A murmur passed through the courtroom. The wife, standing across from him, didn’t look surprised. She had anticipated this. Her counsel stepped forward, calm but sharp: “He is withdrawing because he doesn’t have the money to pay alimony. At least litigation costs should be granted.” The husband immediately shook his head, almost pleading: “No, please… no litigation cost.” The bench leaned forward, their expressions firm but measured. “You filed the petition,” the judge said. “She came here, engaged a lawyer, spent time and money. You must bear litigation costs.” The wife added quietly, but with intent: “He is a government teacher.” The judge turned to the husband. “What is your salary?” “₹52,000… per month,” he replied, eyes lowered. “And are you paying her maintenance?” “Yes, ₹15,000 per month.” There was a brief pause. The courtroom seemed to hold its breath. The judge then addressed the wife: “If he is not in a position to pay a lump sum, continue receiving maintenance. You may file for enhancement if required.” It sounded almost like a moment of balance—but it didn’t last long. “Now, litigation expenses…” the judge resumed. The husband hesitated, then spoke in a softer voice: “Not more than ₹5,000–₹10,000, please…” The courtroom atmosphere shifted. The judge’s tone turned sharper, almost incredulous: “Supreme Court mein ₹5,000–₹10,000? What are you saying? Is this a Tehsildar court?” A silence followed that cut deeper than any argument. The judge glanced at the file again. “₹52,000 salary…” he murmured, then declared, “You will have to pay ₹1 lakh.” The husband’s face drained of color. “₹1 lakh is not possible, Milord…” There was a pause—just enough to show that the Court had heard him, but not enough to bend entirely. “Alright,” the judge said, slightly softening, “₹55,000. To be paid within four weeks.” The husband, almost desperate now, tried one last time: “₹20,000… please…” But this time, the answer was final. “₹55,000.” The gavel didn’t need to fall. The decision had already settled heavily in the room.
