Democracy is different from Totalitarian Govt because it has self correcting mechanism in the form of periodic election and some independent institutions. If it is not properly utilised or marginalised democracy may die its own death.

Life is nothing but to prepare for future. As kid for youth , youth for adult and adult for old age. The day you stopped preparing for future you have lost the game and perhaps dying. Keep preparing.
