Team, it's been 6 months and every time ola support says they have forwarded the UPI details to the relevant team and will receive a refund in 20 Business days. When I follow up the same reply was given from 6 months.

@YESBANK My KYC is still not completed despite visiting the branch and submitting all requested documents online multiple times. The same documents are being requested again and again. My ac is dormant. This is an NRI PIS account. Kindly look into this urgently and help resolve.



@Olacabs @Ola_Bangalore @ola_supports raised a grievance on double fare paid for my journey and reply from Ola that it does not fall under your support. Please note that I had already paid via UPI online and though the app shows the same driver insisted cash as well. Pls assist
