Team, it's been 6 months and every time ola support says they have forwarded the UPI details to the relevant team and will receive a refund in 20 Business days. When I follow up the same reply was given from 6 months.

@YESBANK My KYC is still not completed despite visiting the branch and submitting all requested documents online multiple times. The same documents are being requested again and again. My ac is dormant. This is an NRI PIS account. Kindly look into this urgently and help resolve.

@Olacabs @OlaSupport This is extremely frustrating. Refund promised on Jan 26 (20 working days). Followed up Feb 21 → told 5–6 days. Followed up Mar 7 → told 5–7 days again. Same template reply every time, no refund yet. Please escalate and resolve
