Authenticated like 5 days ago and put in my Airtel SIM card. Was around CBD and my sister sent me money to buy her something. When trying to pay, this is what I get. @Safaricom_Care I have the most recent app Airtel came to the rescue. let me authenticate & withdraw to Airtel

Hey @Safaricom_Care. It is quite frustrating to encounter the "Unable to get Mobile Number" prompt every time I launch the app. Currently, Safaricom is my SIM 2, and it took three attempts just to log in today. This significantly impacts a seamless user experience. (1/2)
