@AXS_UK I have contacted support as when I click on my payments to withdraw from my account, it says error and asks me to. This was last week, and no one has replied to me.

@owletbabycare how long does a reply from customer service take? Really disappointed that the graphs do not work on our app when connecting to the sock and we reached out a while ago and have heard nothing?

@dobbies very disappointed to have just had a call to cancel our Santa grotto booking. This is the second time our booking has been cancelled, as the first store was closed and now this. No chance to find another booking. Very disappointed with this level of service r and so late

@meganshort30 @AsdaServiceTeam This was after I called them to complain - hopefully you hear something soon - it’s ridiculous!! What’s the point of paying for a specific delivery slot to then have to wait for up to 3 hours?! 🙃

@AsdaServiceTeam just had a message to say my order is running up to 3 hours late! Awful service. Really disappointed.

@AsdaServiceTeam order for a specific time to work around our 6 months old naps and a family day out, for the order to be late, app tracking is down, helpline also can’t track the order. First time trying out Asda delivery after a while away and will be the last.
