I am raising funds to cover legal fees for the Employment Tribunal claim against Bracknell Forest Council. Their “Trans & Non-Binary Policy” removed all single-sex toilets from women. I am also fighting the disproportionate use of the Progress Pride flag. crowdjustice.com/case/sex-discr…

@v_j_freeman I hadn’t realised that…pitifully low sentance for the likely life long medical issues she will have.

As he was acquitted of the more serious charge of GBH with intent the max sentence Corner can receive is 5yrs. It would have been life if he’d been convicted for intent. Doesn’t seem enough for shattering someone’s spine, nor does it seem sufficient to prevent recidivism.

⬇️ My costs to take Bracknell Forest Council to employment tribunal over single sex spaces is likely to be the equivalent of the annual cost of an experienced social worker. I assume the Councils costs will be similar. A complete waste of public money defending the unlawful. @ForWomenScot

@MisAlchemy Preliminary hearing date is in September, not sure when the main hearing will be. ( It’s an employment tribunal ). I originally filed in November 2024 so seems like this is dragging on and on.

@MisAlchemy In my case the law is clear…and Supreme Cpurt judgement FWS last April made it even clearer…and they broke it. However they appear to want to fight it. Go figure 🤷‍♀️

@sartay2001 From my experience Bracknell Forest will deny any claim regardless of its merit and worry about the cost to the taxpayer later. They lied repeatedly in order to deny my claim and then mysteriously settled two weeks before the court date - at considerable cost to the taxpayer.

Look, trans women are no danger. They just want to pee so they can collect used tampons from the bin to stick in their pants and piss on while talking to a woman then go home and tug themselves silly while making a mental note to ask the woman her name next time.

This is truly — and I mean truly — some budding serial killer sh!t right here. This is some of the most sexually violating behavior I have ever seen, and I spent 2 years working sex crimes.

Need your help, BookTwitter. I'm running a National Year of Reading event for to 14-18 yr olds. Name one book that at around that age lit up your imagination. Audiobooks, graphic novels, short stories - all welcome. Stories that will set them on fire and make them want to read. I'm looking for books to rave about for the simple joy of reading, so not really the classics that they might be asked to read as past of the syllabus. Go...

Genuinely think the Green Party should write a formal complaint to Sky News about Trevor Philip's interview of Zack Polanski today. Not even the pretence of reporting and good faith questioning.

Darlington Nursing Union
Darlington Nursing Union@DarlingtonUnion·
BREAKING: Health Secretary @wesstreeting has agreed to meet the Darlington nurses after new EHRC guidance on single‑sex spaces is published. This comes after their landmark tribunal win in January, supported by the Christian Legal Centre, which found the NHS had unlawfully harassed them with a trans-affirming policy. Mr Streeting had met the nurses in October 2024 after saying publicly he was 'horrified' by their case. In a letter sent this week to Bethany Hutchison, President of the Darlington Nursing Union, Mr Streeting confirmed that he will meet the nurses once the EHRC’s revised Code of Practice has been laid before Parliament. Bethany Hutchison, President of the Darlington Nursing Union, welcomed the response but said accountability must now be matched by action. She said: “We are pleased that the Secretary of State has committed to meeting us again, but it should never have taken years of legal action, national media exposure and a tribunal victory for our dignity at work to be recognised. Wes Streeting has repeatedly said he supports us and believes in single‑sex spaces based on biological sex. We now expect that support to be reflected in clear, enforceable guidance across the NHS.” Andrea Williams, Chief Executive of the Christian Legal Centre, said: “The Tribunal in the Darlington case confirmed what should have been obvious all along: women should not be forced to undress in front of men. By ruling that the policy that allowed men into the women’s changing room has also exposed every NHS Trust across the country to legal challenge, as similar policies are believed to be in place nationally. “The Health Secretary’s acknowledgement of their treatment is important, but women working across the NHS need certainty, not delay. The law is clear, and guidance must now reflect that reality, so this injustice is never repeated.” See more with @CConcern and in the @Telegraph christianconcern.com/ccpressrelease… telegraph.co.uk/news/2026/05/0…
