@SAS almost 3 days in and you still haven’t recovered my bag. Don’t know how many details you need….. it’s in Paris!!!!!! No response to any emails as yet neither!

@SAS one of the worst airline experiences ever. Delayed flights, 5 hour journey turned into 11 for flight changes. Rude Cabin Crew, no direction for anyone delayed and then Oslo airport a huge queue at the service point!!!
