Did the tracker show you a date and flight number? 4 out of 6 bags of mine have now been located and tracker says they will be on a flight tomorrow but I’m not confident they will actually deliver after seeing everyone having issues.

@sassyjoy @British_Airways @HeathrowAirport Almost immediately, within mere moments of submitting the missing baggage claim, the bag was located with remarkable efficiency. Since then, it's been an incredibly remarkable incompetency story that @British_Airways have managed to miss three flights to Dubrovnik.

@British_Airways my family flew from LHR to LAX on BA0281 on 7/11, and none of our 6 bags made it on the plane. The bags are still at T5 C in Heathrow, the trackers have not been updated. The BA rep at LAX said they would be here tonight. Who can I contact?

@sassyjoy @British_Airways Good luck with that. @British_Airways @HeathrowAirport located my bag at 4pm yesterday, yet I still don’t have it, despite three flights to Dubrovnik since. This isn’t just poor service, it’s sheer incompetence. The total lack of communication is disgraceful. #LostBaggage

@British_Airways The bags have sat in the same place for 24 hours with no movement. Who can I contact? It appears the baggage team isn’t doing anything to get the 1,000+ bags that were mishandled yesterday to their owners. I need an email or a phone number for the team at Heathrow please.

We still don’t have the COBRA forms. What is a new widow supposed to do? Surely there has to be someone with some humanity somewhere in @LACity?

My sisters health insurance was cancelled within three days of notifying @Citylajobs of my BIL’s passing. I asked for COBRA forms during the first phone call and was told they weren’t ready, they take awhile, and her coverage would be there until we had the forms.

My Brother In Law unexpectedly passed away 2 weeks ago. He was an employee for 16 years at @LACity. Can we talk about the tremendously unkind process of handling a deceased family members affairs? @Citylajobs
