@amazonIN your delivery systems and checks are broken. I received a lower model smartphone than the one I had ordered. It took time for you to verify and later you accepted return but your pick up team unilaterally canceled two pickups .customer care is not registering complaint

@AmazonHelp It has been 24 hrs no one from the social media team had contacted me. My pick up has also been unilaterally postponed by the pick up team for two days saying i am not available. However, I was available the whole day.

@AmazonHelp As i had said, i had received an email that now i have to wait for 24 hours. So 6 hrs in tweet has now become 30 hrs (additional 24 hrs). I want resolution not timeline extensions.

@AmazonHelp The pick up guys have marked that i was not available or product not ready. Both are incorrect, they never came to my location or contacted me. And the 6-12 hour timeline has now increased to 30 hrs. @amazonIN
