🚨 Unacceptable Uber Experience – Chennai 🚨 Had a deeply disturbing experience today with an Uber booking in Chennai. Booked a prepaid Uber ride from Neelankarai to Vivanta OMR. The driver arrived and, after confirming payment, started arguing aggressively, claiming: 👉 “This is not Uber. This is my own car.” He was unprofessional, intimidating, and threatening, making me feel unsafe at my own pickup point. This raises serious questions about: •Passenger safety •Driver verification •Misuse of the Uber platform I have photos of the vehicle and have escalated this to Uber support. @Uber_India @Uber please investigate and ensure accountability. This kind of behavior is unacceptable from anyone representing your platform. Safety cannot be optional.

@HolidayInn I would like to report this. Our stay at Holiday Inn Miami West property was highly disappointing. The carpet in our room was dirty, the table had leftover candle wax, the coffee maker was unclean, and the toilet flush was broken. When we reported these issues to the front desk, we were informed that no alternate rooms were available as the hotel was sold out. They offered free breakfast and sent maintenance to fix the flush, but the entire process took until 11:15 PM after we checked in at 8:30 PM. Additionally, when we requested to speak with the manager, we were told she was unavailable as her shift was over and she would be asleep. The lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and unresponsive management made this an incredibly frustrating experience.

@BlueDartCares I have not received my package yet. Bluedart failed to deliver for 4 continuous days with different reasons even with proper address and contact number in the delivery instructions. This package needs to be delivered before Monday. Kindly resolve this issue ASAP.

@BlueDartCares As you can see this is the 5th time delivery person has failed. Frustrating it is for people like us to keep following up with support group and still they couldn’t get the job done!!! It just takes few seconds to pick up the phone and call us. Not even an effort has been made.

My friend and her family traveled from Varanasi to Kolkata on AI762 on Dec 20, after experiencing a delay of about 4 hours. They still haven't received their luggage and it had expensive items and time-sensitive medicines. @airindiain @JM_Scindia Could you please assist us?

@BestBuySupport @BestBuy store tried to sell a Mac M1 Pro that was not on stock to me for my immediate need. They also ran a credit check. I went ahead with the credit card suggestion only because they told the laptop was on stock but that wasn’t the case. I’ve already emailed.
