I'll suggest once call to the airline's customer care as well and check if cleartrip initiated the refund from them or not. In our case, cleartrip just kept saying that we're highlighting the issue but didn't took a single step for past 21 days.

But #Cleartrip will charge their cut of the share. Right? Even if aircraft doesn't take off you will not refund the Convenience Fee right? @Cleartrip When airlines have given full refund but you don't concern with #Customercare do you? I have 2 flights booked that never took off
