This is situation of DND road in Delhi on daily basis in night.Long truck queues which almost occupies the full road and creates a lot of Jam . In digital era where tolls are digital, why there is no digital solution for MCD toll tax. @OfficeOfNG @DelhiPolice @nitin_gadkari

@IndiGo6E Travelling on Banglore-Delhi flight 6E-6621…PNR:FUHWHQ. At check in counter I confirmed with Indigo staff and they told me duty free sealed alcohol bottle is allowed. When i reached to security check CISF staff told me this in not allowed as per DGCA guideline.

I have to go back to check in counter and till the time they told me my bag us already checked in and you have to give us another bag..i have to submit my laptop bag at check so that bottle can be submitted…I have to carry my laptop in hand as Indigo staff told me.

This is pure harassment and pathetic customer experience as your staff is not aware of basic DGCA guidelines. Looks like noob person is giving training to Indigo staffs..whole staff was clueless about DHCA guidelines…#pathetic #badcustomerexperience #feelingbad
