One of the most important aspects of the Hajj is sacrifice or Udhiyah. This year, due to COVID restrictions, pilgrims will not be able to attend the slaughterhouse in person. However, the sacrifice will still be included in their Hajj package. #YourHajjWithMotawif #Motawif

Due to logistical complications and flight availability, @GACACare have extended the period of where pilgrims can board flights for the purpose of in performing Hajj.

@Motawif_SA Will you even be able to tell individuals when their sacrifice has been done or just make a blanket announcement that everyone’s sacrifice has been done? Do you even have the ability and staff to organise the sacrifices???

@shahab_choudhry @Motawif_SA Can we honestly believe anything Motawif say? There is no representation in the camps by any of their staff ( they are all at the airport throwing flower petals at new arrivals) what makes you think they will suddenly appear to say your sacrifice has been done?

@Motawif_SA How are you going to inform us that sacrifice/Ushiyah has been done? It’s extremely important only after confirmation hajji can take Ihram off, if takes of before confirmation there will be penalty. Please answer it’s very important

It has now been 216 hours since my wife & I paid for a "Platinum" Hajj package.. here is as much of the #paidbutfailed journey as I can recall.. Back in simpler times - when I associated "ballot" with LFC & UEFA tickets.. when "package" meant a stress free deal with flights..

@Motawif_SA So now pilgrims have to go and update details on another portal to get an eVisa issued? Wasn’t the Motawif portal meant to do all this seemlessly?? I quote directly from your website : “Once your payment is accepted your e-Visa will be issued by MoFA”. #MotawifFail

This never used to happen when Agents arranged Hajj and even more pilgrims went in those days. They have ruined #Hajj2020. This system was was introduced in haste & haste is from Shatan
