I explained the screen reader navigation problem in detail, and I hope the issue has been understood properly. As informed on the call, a complaint has been raised from your side, and I genuinely hope this gets resolved soon because accessible banking is very important for visually impaired users like me. जैसी आशंका थी, वैसा ही हुआ। #CJP का ट्विटर फॉलो करने की सोच ही रहा था तब मालूम पड़ा की #CJP ट्विटर अकाउंट भारत में बैन कर दिया गया है। @X तथा @XCorpIndia को बताना चाहिए कि उन्होंने किस आधार पर यह कार्रवाई की है। यदि इस मामले में सरकार की कोई दखलंदाजी रही तो मैं सरकार से बस इतना ही कहना चाहूंगा कि, तुम कितने कॉकरोच मारोगे हर घर से कॉकरोच निकलेगा।

अमरावती ( महाराष्ट्र) के अंध विद्यालय की दृष्टि बाधित छात्राएं तथा 3 स्कूल कर्मचारी मुंबई के कल्याण स्टेशन से गीतांजलि एक्सप्रेस में यात्रा करने के लिए तैयार थे। लेकिन जैसे ही ट्रेन प्लेटफॉर्म पर आई, किसी भी कोच के दरवाजे खुले नहीं थे। स्कूल के एक कर्मचारी @AkshayM_m के अनुसार केवल एक ही कोच का दरवाजा खुला था, जहां पहले से भारी भीड़ थी और सभी यात्री उसी एक दरवाजे से अंदर जाने की कोशिश कर रहे थे। ऐसी स्थिति में दृष्टि बाधित छात्राओं को सुरक्षित तरीके से ट्रेन में चढ़ाना संभव नहीं था। प्लेटफॉर्म पर मौजूद पुलिस कर्मचारियों से सहायता मांगी गई, लेकिन उनका कहना था कि वे कुछ नहीं कर सकते। वे ट्रेन को रोकने में भी असमर्थ थे। अंततः नतीजतन स्कूल के तीन कर्मचारी तथा दृष्टि बाधित छात्राएं ट्रेन पकड़ने में असमर्थ रहे। सवाल यह है कि इस बेहद गंभीर लापरवाही का जिम्मेदार कौन है? @PiyushGoyal जी, क्या आप इन छात्राओं के लिए कल्याण से अमरावती पहुंचने हेतु किसी अन्य ट्रेन में तत्काल व्यवस्था कर सकते हैं? यदि इस घटना पर किसी को संदेह हो तो स्टेशन प्लेटफॉर्म पर उपलब्ध CCTV फुटेज की जांच की जा सकती है, जिससे सच्चाई स्पष्ट हो जाएगी और रेलवे की वर्तमान स्थिति सबके सामने आ जाएगी। 1st PNR: 8444779805 2nd PNR: 8744780676 @RailwaySeva @RailMinIndia @nationalrailenq @drmbct

Waiting at the entry gate of Navi Mumbai International Airport for more than 30 minutes for @AkasaAir airline assistance. I am a visually impaired passenger and require support to proceed. Despite repeated requests, security staff have called the @AkasaAir airline assistant multiple times, but no one has arrived yet. This delay is causing inconvenience and stress. Requesting the airline authorities to please provide immediate assistance and ensure better support for passengers with disabilities. @AAI_Official

The same passenger will be travelling. There is only a minor typo error in the passenger’s name at the time of booking. Correct Name: Kunal Name on Ticket: Knual I understand that as per current rules, there is no provision available on the @irctc_app portal to correct such small spelling mistakes once the ticket is booked. Therefore, practically we do not have any option to correct this minor typo. In this situation, I would like to request guidance from @RailwaySeva regarding what should be done. @AshwiniVaishnaw Kindly confirm whether the passenger will be allowed to travel by showing valid Government ID proof with the correct name, since this is not a transfer of ticket but only a small spelling error. Your guidance will help avoid any issue during ticket checking.

Hello @RailMinIndia @IRCTCofficial I am writing on behalf of my friend regarding a concern about the passenger name on the railway ticket. Due to typo error at the time of booking, the name printed on the ticket is slightly incorrect. Correct Name: Kunal Name on Ticket: Knual Journey Route: Jaipur to Pune @RailwaySeva As per our understanding, online name correction may not be possible in this case. Therefore, we would like to kindly confirm whether the passenger will be allowed to travel if valid ID proof showing the correct name (Kunal) is presented during ticket checking. @AshwiniVaishnaw This is a genuine typing mistake, and all other journey details are correct. We request guidance to avoid any issue during the journey.

Today in Parliament, I raised concerns affecting India’s prepaid recharge customers, who account for nearly 90% of the country’s 125 crore mobile users. (1) If a recharge expires, stopping outgoing calls may be understandable. But why are incoming calls stopped as well? Once validity ends, people cannot be reached, and even essential messages like bank OTPs may not come through. In emergencies or urgent situations, this can leave a person completely cut off. My demands: First is that incoming calls and SMS should continue for at least one year after the last recharge so essential communication does not stop. Second, a mobile number should not be deactivated for at least three years after the last recharge. Third, telecom operators should introduce a low cost “incoming only” plan for users who simply need their number to remain active for essential calls, OTPs and government services. (2) I also raised the issue of 28 day recharge “monthly” plans. If something is called monthly, it should follow the calendar month of 30–31 days. Because of the 28 day cycle, consumers effectively end up paying for 13 recharges in a year. (28 days × 13 recharges = 364 days) Telecom Operators should sync up their Recharge Plans with the true calendar months, and not 28 day plans. A mobile phone today is not a luxury. It is a lifeline. Prepaid recharge customers deserve fairness and transparency. Not clever fine print.

Hi @WhatsApp and @Meta I need your help regarding an issue my friend @GauravMalak is facing with his account. His #WhatsApp suddenly got restricted with a message saying there may have been spam automated activity, or bulk messaging. This is surprising because he hasn’t done anything unusual or against the guidelines. Right now he can only answer calls and reply to new messages, but he can’t start any new chats or use several features. This is creating a lot of trouble for him because he uses WhatsApp for important personal communication. There has been no spam, no #automation, and no misuse of the platform. It looks like a misunderstanding or a technical error. We request a full review of his account and reinstatement of all features. If you need any details for verification, we are ready to share. Please look into this at the earliest and restore his #WhatsApp access.
