Hello @ConfirmTKT , I booked a railway tkt through the ConfirmTkt app and paid the 3× rfnd chrgs. My tkt was not conf , but instead of refunding the amount to my bank account, the app issued coupon worth ₹1770. I do not want coupons. Pls refund ₹2655(3x rfnd +ticket fare ₹885
