@CyberScamAmct I have all the bank withdrawals and bills and in writing dates confirmed by their support. No one can tell me why my account was reinstated, but they all tell me it was and that there is no note that I authorized it.

@scantos Situations like this are usually either hidden billing cycles or something triggered on the backend, but the way they’re handling it doesn’t sound right.
Have you checked the exact transaction description and timestamps?

@AnthonyComett @optimum I have all the bills. I have the dates that were provided to me in writing over chat. Otherwise, it’s what their agents said to me on the phone. The only thing not in writing is the date I called to cancel was September 28 but I have my phone records.

@OptimumHelp Multiple agents admitted that what optimum did to me was ILLEGAL and, still, they refuse to return all the money that was taken out of my bank account without my authorization. They wasted so many hours of my life when they never intended to pay me back what was stolen

@OptimumHelp Over 5 hours later someone in billing told me that they could only return three months of the money they stole out of my bank account because the guy in retention already set back the cancelation date 90 days and no one can change the date. They said I could “write a letter”

@OptimumHelp They didn’t help. The people I spent over an hour with on the phone acknowledged Optimums literal criminal conduct and, still, didn’t help. This is unacceptable. How many other people are they stealing from? @FBI @NassauCountyPD

@OptimumHelp I canceled my account in OCTOBER and your sales team inexplicably and without my authorization reinstated my account. You have stollen over 400 dollars from me and no one will help me. This simply must be criminal and it will be reported.
