@Prov1denc3 @MKBHD You can use the same argument for the like button. Your core viewers like just because it’s you. Not only because they like the content. It’s also not presenting the quality of the video.

The problem with this is that the dislike button isn't only used to react to the quality of the video. It is used to react to the OPINION expressed in the video. So you can have a high quality video with solid argumentation but if people dislike your opinion you will have a heavy dislike ratio. The dislike button should be gone altogether.

It was the one glanceable quality indicator for the video you're about to spend your time watching

@YouTubeCreators Ist there any limit in pixel size? Or can we upload any size that fits in 50mb. Also when do we get faster AV1 video processing back? AV1 video upload of 30 minutes takes 4 hours to process after upload.

Hey @TeamYouTube The Bug is back. It was fixed around April 2025 and is now back. Processing time of one hour videos takes 8 hours or more. This is not good for long form creators.

@TeamYouTube bekomme seit dem Wochenende jede Stunde diese Meldung im Studio und muss mich Authentifizieren. Auch auf verschiedenen Browsern und PC/Mac. Mit der Studio App auf iOS habe ich das z.B. nicht auch nicht in anderen Google Apps wie zB Gmail. Cookies/Cache auch gelöscht

@TeamYouTube Update: it seems only happen when upload codec is av1. HEVC is processing in normal time.
