@pawelkarniej Actually quite fine, I think it's 80/20 between ios/Android, but the ios player base is also a lot bigger. People on Android definitely spend money as well!

I don’t think Tiny Harvest needs another feature right now. It needs more people to find it. That’s a much harder problem to solve.

@itsjamik I don't eat anything after dinner. And usually I have dinner latest 6pm. Simple rule, makes sure you will never snack again in the evening. Brush your teeth and call it a day!

If you want to lose weight, doing more sports is rarely the answer. It's 95% about what you eat. When I actively train, I am so much more hungry all the time that I have a hard time staying in a deficit at all.

@schlimmson I noticed this when I started swimming. My hunger went through the roof. Obviously diet is very important but hunger management is a difficult problem to solve for. I think having a routine and keeping busy helps. Or you can do OMAD like @jack

With all the evidence it's just sad to see so many people saying "I need to start running again to lose weight" while actually the opposite of it is true. Don't make it harder for yourself then it has to be!

Sport is important when losing weight, but more in a sense that you maintain muscle. If you want to have an easier time, just get to 10-20k steps daily (walking pad!) and eat healthy.
