@yabsssai Nothing really changed - it's more that I hit the 3k because of Apple giving my app a boost - which came to an end after like 10 days
English

@schlimmson what specifically changed when you hit that 3k revenue mark that made your growth stall
English

If you're also on a forced break, take a minute and check out my game Tiny Harvest - perfect for those small breaks!

@mesutas_dev In the past this upgrade was enough for me. Lately it seems like I'm reaching the limit a lot faster, I might indeed have to consider 20x...
English

@schlimmson Sorry, put of topic.
Don't you think 20x better than 5x?
In terms of what I pay and what I receive in return 20x is Kore beneficial, am i wrong?
English

@betomoedano How do you know for sure the revenue comes from the ad installs? I find attribution very challenging..
English

@moshhamedani Yeah they are some special people... Not everyone probably, but seeing all comments here, most people share the same opinion.
English

@schlimmson I had the exact same experience when I shared my courses there early days! The nastiest comments on earth! lol not sure what’s wrong with these people on Reddit. They need help!
English

If you want to build something long-term, you need a model that keeps you going.
I wrote down how I think about it:

@martinbean I'm not here to argue, and even if the balance might be more positive, it's still true that it happens every time.
BTW: If you are a creator, you will understand that 1 negative comment drags you down more than 10 positive comments.
English

@schlimmson “Happens all the time” yet I’ve just gone through the last half-dozen posts of yours and the positives far outweigh the negatives?
English

@martinbean The iosgaming sub is okayish, but they usually call out everyone who is selling something in apps.
English

@schlimmson Contrast that to your second-last post which was positive: reddit.com/r/iosgaming/s/…
English

"overly sarcastic" because I am tired of comments that have no idea about what's going on, and how much time people put into something.
And it's not just this one - it happens all the time. I post on allowed posting/promotion times, no spamming. You will still get hateful comments every time.
English

@schlimmson Is this the thread? reddit.com/r/incremental_…
It’s not like you were pounced on. One person called you out for using AI-generated assets, one gave you valuable feedback, and a third saying it’s a cash grab that you then wrote an overly sarcastic reply to.
English

@Aivars_Meijers Same, thought I had a good cadence before, now my release has been stuck for 7+ days because of random reasons they suddenly brought up..
English

@MaxDerevy I said be prepared, not that it happens with every post
English

@mesutas_dev Yeah you need a strong belief in your app to survive today…
English

@schlimmson And that's why most solopreneurs are losing their faith! Take them as feedback and reply them kindly, it makes them shock and step back 😁
