Woke up to Zero Views and Zero Leads this morning. A few days ago it was a Zero Dollar morning. Now the Views are gone too. Before Framer 3.0, I was getting 80-100 Views and Leads daily with just 8 templates. Right now I have 16 templates live on the Marketplace and this is what mornings look like. I have been marketing on X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, the Framer Community, every platform I have access to. Nothing is moving the needle. Before 3.0, this Marketplace felt stable enough that I hired a Design Team and opened a Physical Office because I genuinely believed in where this was going. Right now I am at a point where I might have to shut both down if this continues. Something changed. I just don't know what yet.

One of my favourite gadgets in my new van build is the DJI Power 1000. It powers our airfryer/oven (2500 watt), making our electrical system overall much simpler and it allows me to work like this all day 😍

Two things I never considered prior to moving to the South: -smoked bologna (pretty good) -peanut butter, mayo, and banana sandwich (won't touch)

@SimonHoiberg Are they making significant changes, or is it basically maintenance mode.

I'm astonished that today, people still sit and watch their agent code in their IDE on the laptop. I haven't looked at my agent code for months, I barely even look at code in PR reviews anymore. Evals, unit tests, and QA is more than enough. Let your agents cook.
GREG ISENBERG@gregisenberg

I'm still astonished that 12 months ago most engineers wrote code by hand, and now most code is AI-generated. Makes you wonder what's normal today that's gone by next year.

What began as a small collaboration became months of exploration and refinement. Two people, thousands of miles apart, creating something neither of us could have made alone. Solarium is ready. July 20 is the day. @designbypepo x @lucidstarfield

getting your app to go viral doesn't matter if you can't convert those views into installs i just created a doc of the 5 conversion hacks i used to generate 1,000,000+ installs with organic ugc comment 'convert' and i'll send you a dm (must be following)

how does a $60k/mo app optimize its checkout flow? I put two versions of FocusFlight side-by-side. They made 4 massive changes to their funnel: ✅Pre-paywall➡️ swapped manual setup for a "Mystery Box" tease ✅ Authority➡️ added a massive "App of the Day" badge ✅ Hid the decoys➡️ used to show all 3 prices. now only the Annual plan is visible unless you swipe ✅Killed the reviews➡️ removed the aggressive post-purchase rating prompt. instead, your "Membership Envelope" opens to reveal a premium digital card.
Siro@Siron93

the Pomodoro timer is one of the most saturated utility category on the App store. 🤯 Yet, this app is making $45,000/month by turning a basic 25-minute timer into a simulated airline flight. 🔥 You don’t "Start a session." You receive a personalized Boarding Pass. 🔥 You don’t "Block apps." You turn on "Airplane Mode." 🔥 You don’t "Pick a theme." You choose your in-flight map style. ✅They anchor a $19/yr Annual plan between a $4/mo decoy and a $34 Lifetime option. You don't need a groundbreaking new technology to build. You just need better packaging than your competitors.

People keep saying: “Mobile apps are dead. Everyone can vibe-code an app.” Meanwhile, a solo founder just built a $2M ARR mobile app with 2M users. No employees. No co-founder. No VC. Building is getting cheaper. Distribution is becoming more valuable. Mobile apps aren’t dead. Bad distribution is. 🤫
jay@jayvraavi

my little social app just crossed 2M users and $2M ARR 🥹🎉 still no employees/cofounders + 100% bootstrapped some days this still doesnt feel real 2 years ago nomadtable was just an idea i wrote in my notes app on my solo trip now it’s the go to way that solo travelers connect somehow i turned this crazy dream into a reality. you can really do anything you want if you’re passionate enough
