My first time meeting @jordan__black, we spent the initial 15 minutes of the call riffing on marathon running before he hit me over the head with his intro on Senra - “without wire harnesses, nothing turns on.” You had my curiosity and now you have my attention. Some of you will know what a wire harness is. It is the nervous system of a machine, hundreds of wires, bundled and crimped by hand, routing power and signal to every component that needs to turn on in any modern electrical system, from a satellite to a coffee maker to your car. But many of you won’t, which is fine, and even many of those of you who do won’t understand what makes them important or challenging, and an even smaller number of you will understand why so many people who have made tens of millions of dollars, or more, building reusable rockets in order to make life multiplanetary have decided to dedicate their next chapter to building them instead of angel investing from a beach but, you can find out below. Very excited for the launch of Onodrim. More to come. Although we are quite early to discuss all we're trying to do, some very important points to clarify from the article, Onodrim was started to solve problems in the Defence ecosystem to support the burgeoning growth of primes and Neo primes. As Europe, the US, and the West spends more, and as new generation systems are coming online, there are huge bottlenecks still at what we call the infrastructure or production level. We are NOT positioning ourselves as a competitor to Palantir, Anduril, and others. In fact, nobody can compete with these generational businesses, giants, that we all stand on the shoulders of. We are not building autonomous systems or critical software platforms like these. Although we are early, we aim to become a trusted partner directly with those providing these next generation systems while focusing on using technology to build infrastructure and supply chain capabilities in Europe at a time when Europe is rebuilding its Defence industrial base. Helping scale a fragmented supplier base, and helping build technology based infrastructure, is what’s needed to defend the eastern flank, and ensure centuries of prosperity for Europe and the West. We've raised our $11M seed to build autonomous cargo planes at Poseidon Aerospace. We are building the future of air freight with unmanned platforms, designed from the ground up to move cargo significantly cheaper and faster. My mom narrowly survived 9/11. Several of her friends and coworkers were tragically killed. I don’t normally share this level of detail on Twitter, but given what’s I’m seeing, I feel compelled to share her story (with her permission). My mom, a Jewish immigrant from the Soviet Union who came to New York in 1976, came to this country to escape persecution and for a better life. As it turns out, Socialists and Communists hate Jews. Shocker. My mom started working at the World Trade Center as a Mainframe Programmer at Morgan Stanley in 1987 (Morgan Stanley Dean Witter on 9/11). My mom was working on the 67th floor of the 2nd Building during the 1993 WTC bombing. Thankfully, she survived, though it left a lasting mark on her. My mom was working on the 56th floor of the 2nd Building during 9/11. They had just moved her team to that floor a few weeks prior. She had finished a meeting and was working when she looked out the 56th floor window and saw that the 1st Building had been hit. She thought it was an electrical explosion or something since they were always doing some work in the buildings. She saw paper and debris flying everywhere, and thick smoke pouring out. No one really knew what was going on, but remembering the 1993 bombing, her gut instinct was to get out of there. My mom grabbed her small pouch that had some spare cash in it, grabbed a few of her coworkers, and they started going down the building. When they had reached the 22nd floor, the 2nd plane hit the 2nd Building. She knew she was on the 22nd floor because of a massive column in the center of the building, and they felt the whole building shake. Her and the people with her began sprinting down the stairs to get out. My mom didn’t know what was going on, but seeing the smoke and knowing that it was toxic to breathe in, wanted to get as far away as possible. She just started walking, trying to get to Queens. She made her way through Chinatown, and out of a gut instinct, went into a store and bought a disposable camera with the emergency money in her pouch. She took many photos of the buildings, and was able to get them developed. I don’t know think any documentaries have ever gotten ahold of them, but I’ll share a few here. My mom kept walking. Walking to Queens. By the time she had made it to the 59th St Bridge, someone she was passing by told her that The Twin Towers had collapsed. “What do you mean? I was just at work a second ago — that doesn’t make any sense.” My mom was ironically, in 2006, one of many laid off as Morgan Stanley offshored many of their programming jobs to India. My mom, every year on 9/11, remembers. Every year on 9/11, my dad would tell me: “wish your mother a Happy 2nd Birthday”. As a kid, I never really understood, but my dad would say, “it’s a day to celebrate that she survived, to be here with us.” My mom survived. Not one, but two terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center. I am forever blessed and count myself as one truly lucky New Yorker. Many were not. Everyone knows someone. 9/11, for New York City, was a New Founding. A transformative moment. This tragedy, and our subsequent grit and tenacity, is woven into the DNA of every real New Yorker. For someone running for MAYOR of New York City to have such little understanding of this core truth, to go as far as to try to leverage it in a POLITICAL COUNTER-MESSAGE OF SHAMING AND RALLYING, is to admit that they are fundamentally disconnected from the reality of what it means to be a New Yorker and thus, be Mayor of New York City. If you’re a New Yorker, you know this to be true. You know we cannot have Mamdani in office. If we want our city to continue to survive and thrive, we simply cannot.

We’re on a mission to make blood plentiful in all the lands. And we’re hiring. Introducing Goodlabs: the only way to get free comprehensive bloodwork with a blood donation. Goodlabs was started to solve two major pain points: 1. People want access to preventive health, but many cannot afford it (particularly younger people and the underinsured) 2. Young Americans have stopped donating blood (the average donor age increased from 44 to 51 over the last decade) Our story began in an NYC doctor's office, where a random blood test led to a surprising diagnosis: I have genetic hemochromatosis, a condition I've unknowingly had my whole life. This means my body can't properly process iron, which had been silently accumulating in my organs. The solution? I now donate blood once a week (do not try this at home) to remove excess iron from my system. At the same time, I had to run around the city checking in with specialists about my iron levels, getting poked and prodded multiple times every week. I couldn’t understand why, if there was already a needle in my arm during my donation, they couldn’t just run the blood tests. Here I was, desperately needing regular blood work to monitor my condition, while blood centers were desperately needing more donors. Two problems with the same transaction: putting needles in arms. So I quit my job, convinced my smartest friend (Adam Eldefrawy) to do the same, and now we’re trying to make Goodlabs a reality across the country. Since then, we’ve partnered with non-profit blood center, Vitalant, and have been quietly operating in San Francisco for the past month. We’re already seeing the viral effects we were hoping for: more than half of our donors come via referrals from friends/family/coworkers. As we expected, people LOVE when they’re able to do good AND take care of themselves in the process. Our donors are almost exclusively in the age demographic that has been notoriously hard to crack: first time donors in the 20-40 year range. Since starting, we've had an outpouring of support from our thousands of early users, donors, and partners (5 separate donors have even invited us into their homes for dinner). We're trying to saves lives, and that wouldn't be possible without them. I’m also excited to announce that we are the first ever corporate startup partner to the AABB. I flew to the AABB conference directly after my last day at Rippling, crashed on my cousin’s dorm room couch, and showed up not knowing a single person in the industry. Ramp has crossed $1 billion in annualized revenue while doubling in the past year and generating operating cash flow. Peter Thiel wrote that "for a company to be valuable it must grow and endure." Ramp has always grown fast. What's most impressive is the durability. This is a story about Ramp - The Time Company - and its three flavors of time: 1. Saving Time: time is the new luxury. 2. Compounding Over Time: growth + durability. 3. Fighting Time: defeating organizational entropy. This is the latest chapter in a Ramp story that I've been writing for years, and plan to write for many years to come. Job's not finished.
