@holdeyonce What you saw is not mutual people you and him follow, it’s people who you follow that also follow him. That’s what makes them mutuals.

Planet Straight and Planet Gay are my euphemisms for the very different worlds we live in: very different culture, norms, attitude and expectations Planet Straight is essentially Christian in its approach to life. Even when secular, they typically aspire to Christian expectations But Christian expectations reject homosexuality. So Planet Gay is setting itself up for a world of tension and guilt if it tries to follow that Just as one example, if you're going to follow Planet Straight's concept that sex is ever so special and must only be engaged in with a person who is special, good luck ever getting your end away. Not many will be interested in waiting for you I'm not saying that's right or wrong. That's just the way it is, for better or for worse, and it's an example of how Planet Straight and Planet Gay are incompatible

There are lots of videos from men talking about how gay dating sucks and how being gay sucks. If you think being gay sucks, that's a "you" problem. Being a gay man is the most incredible gift but most take it for granted these days. Men with character have no problem with dating girls or guys. Do something difficult, take risks, fail at something, be cringe, have the courage to be disliked, be interesting, be unique, conquer loneliness. Make yourself a man worth getting to know.

@amumintherapy @luxemiaa I’m still healing from all the things in life that were more difficult to figure out myself because my parents didn’t loosen the leash until I went to college and they couldn’t yank it anymore.

This woman shared on Instagram: My daughter is 13 now and has started to ask to go places with her friends. Am I doing too much by not allowing her to go unless I’m there? 😩 I hate to be the strict mom.

@unusual_doge @brightafia @LuisMLifts You should always stretch and take care of your body? And also, doing stretch at home before heading to the gym is literally the same thing as stretching at the gym. There’s no prize for quickest in and out of the gym. This is a weird dialogue

I spend up to 2 hours in the gym. I'm still shocked how people spend 30–45 minutes and then go home.

@BrilynHollyhand I used to play with Barbie’s when I was a kid. In the late 90s and early 2000s before screens and algorithms. I had a mom and a dad. Dad was at work and mom stayed home. Pretty traditional family. I’m plenty masculine and I’m into dudes. Doesn’t fit into your narrative.

Children aren’t born like this. We don’t have a masculinity crisis in America, we have a fatherhood crisis. Boys are being raised by algorithms, activists, and screens instead of men who fear God and live with conviction.x.com/oliviakrolczyk…

@BrilynHollyhand Make Bullying Great Again. In the 80s and 90s if you showed up on the bus talking like this you’d walk into your classroom wearing your lunch. This practice of accepting boys being so metro is a crime. Asses need to be beat. At home…or by peers - you choose.

@robertbowles78 @DeanTTraining Dean loves to shame people instead of considering that maybe it’s not possible to do these things at other gyms, or at least it would eat too much time. 100 people at a time fight for 6 benches and 5 cables at my gym, no way I can lock both at once

@DeanTTraining It’s just a matter of time before there is a stand alone machine for this exercise and you can save the 35 sec setup time. The queue would be massive though 😅

Imagine how much better your Cable exercises would be if you just used up 35 seconds of your time and 1/1,000,000th of your daily energy to bring a bench over Keep downplaying the importance of stability to your own detriment!
Francis Melia@CoachFHM

Ran this movement for a few rotations now. It’s here to stay that’s for sure. Takes 10 seconds to set up an incline bench and get after it. Pick a weight and hit failure in that 8-15 range. Can’t go wrong!

@DeanTTraining You said “designed to fit into a 60 minute window” which logically coming from you would mean can be done optimally (by your own standards) in 60 minutes. But like I showed you with math, with proper warmup, rest and form, these workouts would take closer to 90 minutes.

Did I say “it can be run optimally in 60 minutes” or simply that it can be done 60 minutes You’re literally arguing just to argue right now Here, correction: “The above workout will be in the NEIGHBORHOOD of 60 minutes but , in all likelihood, not EXACTLY 60 minutes” Can you sleep soundly now that the workout I posted TOTALLY FREE has the appropriate disclaimer on timing?

@DeanTTraining I just think you’re being disingenuous. Yeah you do it for free but ego boost is a thing too. I highly highly doubt you do these workouts in 60 minutes or even close. And it’s weird for you to suggest others do it that way when you’re all about efficiency and optimization.

@DeanTTraining So why brand this as a 60 minute workout if it would need to be done sub-optimally, according to your own metrics, in order to complete in that amount of time?

@DeanTTraining “3+ minutes is optimal for rest” = “3 or more is preferred”…I’m not playing word games I’m asking a genuine question because if you’re recommending people do 3+ minutes (the word preferred means “I recommend”) I’m wondering if you still believe this should only take 60 minutes

@DeanTTraining This doesn’t factor having to get from one piece to the next and wait times. And you say 3+ minutes is optimal for rest, assuming you rest for more and do slow controlled movements, each set + rest should be 4 minutes total, eating up nearly that whole hour without any warmups

@DeanTTraining How can you fit these into 60 minute windows? Each day has 14 working sets, if your set and rest take ~3:30 that’s 49 minutes without including rest. There would hardly be time for 1 warmup set + rest and you recommend at least 2 per muscle and each exercise here is its own group

@IsJesseMartinez @mrmatt2424 @J_K_Wood Marriage in our society comes with tangible benefits and rights between spouses. It is not just an idea. You’re free to not recognize gay marriages as legitimate Christian ones, but you’re not free to demand the state deny gay marriages as legitimate legal ones.

50% of male gay relationships are “open” Among gay men: 52% have had group sex. 37% have had 50+ partners. 24% have had 100+ partners. 49% say their last one-time partner was a stranger. Institutions have norms. This isn’t normal. Whatever they’re “saving” it isn’t marriage.
