Lately I’ve been posting a lot of food stuff, even though my profile says this isn’t a food account. Sorry to those who aren't fans of this. When in Bangkok, and with so much great choice, food is such a big part of anyones's day to day when here 💕 I can't resist.

@Linahuaa Bruce is a legend and set the bar high. There have been a few other greats since him. Donnie Yen is awesome. Packs a punch and does everything from Wushu to BJJ. JCVD is amazing. His kicks are an art form. Scott Adkins deserves more recognition. Great martial artist.

Just saw a clip of a Bruce Lee actor from Ip Man 4. It's crazy how even after half a century evolution of fight choreography and film editing the imitation still gets giga-mogged by the original. Bruce Lee' movements were much sharper and explosive. You feel the damage in your gut. He soul-punches so hard, it liquifies your solar plexus and kills you instantly- with every other actor you'd think it's lame & gay, but Bruce Lee was so BADASS, you just bought it. And, again, that was 50 YEARS AGO. And White men fighting 50 years ago on screen- without all the CGI and martial arts culture: It was A JOKE. Look up captain Kirk vs Alien or Sonny Corleone vs Carlo Rizzi... Bruce Lee's fight scenes were half a century ahead of their time. He is still VALID today. 🤯

Chinese food ISN'T great! I don't care what Chinese people say, they're biased. I don't care what White people say- they find literally anything tasty anyway, because their own cuisine is just salt & pepper & butter on meat. Objectively, Vietnamese cuisine is the best in the world. Literally every dish they have is S-tier. You can eat tons of their food without getting fat. Sweet, sour, umami, spicy, herby- Vietnam food covers all regularly. More importantly- you can go literally fucking ANYWHERE in Vietnam at fucking ANYTIME and get GREAT food. I live in Pudong, Shanghai, it's 8AM, and it's cheat day and I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO EAT!!!! Don't tell me China food is great when I'm having to write such a post on my cheat day

Season 2 of The Agency is sheer Cinema. Dear God. My list of summer television is long & includes finishing Cape Fear, Sugar Season 2, Silo Season 3, and Widow’s Bay. But my dad actually called me last week & told me The Agency needs to cut the line. Three episodes into S2 & I’m blown away. Michael Fassbender is so, so good here. My full review coming this week.
