@LiamKircher Where have you seen success incentivizing good cleaners to join you vs stay out on their own? I assume by joining you, you need to increase the price to the customer to make a margin or the cleaner is making less. More clients? Better time management? I’m sure there’s more

0. CEOs, CPOs and VPEs: The core product team has traditionally been a triad: Engineer, Designer, PM. Consider changing this to a quartet by adding Analyst. Product analysts can transform product development. Some ways in which they do this:

@NickHaschka You should take a look at @processstreet if you don’t have a tool you love to manage your checklists. I’ve used them for managing repeatable checklists/processes before and am a big fan.

Getting into 2021 ops planning reminded me how much I love checklists. I want there to be a thorough checklist for every process we repeat, and then actually use them to execute. Examples... on- and off-boarding of customers/vendors/employees, weekly/monthly/quarterly tasks

What Alex Smith has done is unbelievable. Comeback Player of the Year even before taking a snap. But playing winning football after everything he’s been through is even more incredible.

@sweatystartup Any idea if the round trend is because more people are playing or the same people are playing more frequently? I imagine it’s probably a combination of the two but would be interesting to know if more people are getting into golf or if the regulars are just playing more

A few stats from my local courses: The main public course sent from 10,000 paid rounds in 2019 to a projected 25,000 in 2020. My country club went from 300 members on March 1 to 900 members November 1. Went fully private on Sep 1.

Can't help but love the tailwinds the sport of Golf has over the next 10 yrs. From the data driven analysis and ball trackers while watching golf to the game itself and its escape from your phone. A LOT of business opportunities around training, fitting, selling Golf equipment.

Less than 50% of Americans over 65 have more than $100K in savings. My parents included. The size of this problem is mind-blowing and scary. This market is screaming for solutions and innovation.

@far33d You can create a table in bigquery pointed at the sheet or upload the sheet as a csv. If you’re looking to take it a step further and want to visualize any of the data, check out data studio

Let’s talk about High Agency: an attitude I’ve seen in every successful product manager & leader I’ve known. Some ppl are born/raised with High Agency. It can also be developed later in life. High agency is a prerequisite for making a profound impact in one's life & work 1/20

@guillaumecabane Our team has done a recorded clap/cheer that gets played after announcing something to celebrate. Think like 90s sitcom. Although it’s not ideal, it helps a little and def gets a good laugh

Zoom / Hangouts works great. I am missing one thing for large teams though: Cheering / Clapping. Everybody is on mute. Somebody announces something great. A few folks unmute, and cheer in an awkward way. We move on. Any suggestions?
