@NickHaschka You should take a look at @processstreet if you don’t have a tool you love to manage your checklists. I’ve used them for managing repeatable checklists/processes before and am a big fan.

Getting into 2021 ops planning reminded me how much I love checklists. I want there to be a thorough checklist for every process we repeat, and then actually use them to execute. Examples... on- and off-boarding of customers/vendors/employees, weekly/monthly/quarterly tasks

What Alex Smith has done is unbelievable. Comeback Player of the Year even before taking a snap. But playing winning football after everything he’s been through is even more incredible.

A few stats from my local courses: The main public course sent from 10,000 paid rounds in 2019 to a projected 25,000 in 2020. My country club went from 300 members on March 1 to 900 members November 1. Went fully private on Sep 1.

Can't help but love the tailwinds the sport of Golf has over the next 10 yrs. From the data driven analysis and ball trackers while watching golf to the game itself and its escape from your phone. A LOT of business opportunities around training, fitting, selling Golf equipment.

Zoom / Hangouts works great. I am missing one thing for large teams though: Cheering / Clapping. Everybody is on mute. Somebody announces something great. A few folks unmute, and cheer in an awkward way. We move on. Any suggestions?
