#swissport@swissport Appalling lack of competence. Landed at JFK on Friday with @ThomasCookUK. First we were on the tarmac for 2 1/2 hours and then waited 6 hours for luggage. We repeatedly asked for information on the whereabouts and none were provided. Day 5 and still nothing
