We were able to find bags status via a ref # SP gave us, but the onscreen record also has airline and passngr name - they might be able to look you up

@ThomasCookCares Just took another look through what we can see, sorry, still no joy Matt and Holly. Seems there’s more in some other area we can’t go to though on top of what they’re saying is still in containers on the ramp. On the positive side, Delta look organized...

@ThomasCookCares So here’s the latest: Swissport office has the door shut and a closed sign. My Sister was able to tailgate someone inside. Apparently her case isn’t even in the terminal yet. No point waiting for it. Here’s what’s here... no sign of your cases Matt and Holly
