When we get through this we need to address the electoral college. This election should never have been close and it only is because of this archaic and anti-democratic system.

I will never, ever get over all the nice Baptist men who wear suits and ties, quote the Bible, expound on fine theological points, go to seminary (or, God forbid, teach there) —and rationalize voting for this guy. Never.

There is a massive TikTok trend going viral right now with women reacting to audio of Trump's disgusting remarks about women. They are making the case to the men in their life to vote with their interests in mind. These videos are racking up tens of millions of views.

@RonFilipkowski Even though he may not be aligned with my thoughts and views because it’s ok for us not to think the same way. This video is appalling.

@RonFilipkowski My husband “works his tail off to make sure I have a nice life” & I “worked my tail off” to make sure everyone stayed healthy and on track and made it to school and had food and bills were paid and the house was cleaned and I could go on. I voted for Kamala and he knew & was 👍🏻

Charlie Kirk is upset that Republican women may “undermine their husbands” and secretly vote for Harris while telling their husbands they voted for Trump, even though the husband “works his tail off to make sure that she can have a nice life.”

@pastordmack Thank you, Pastor McKissic. What a great question. I would definitely agree with you. I love some of the points being made supporting this!

Is it a majority viewpoint among evangelicals that racism and slavery are lesser sins, than abortion?; or would these two sins be viewed as both on the same level in terms of how God views and weighs them? It’s my point of view that they are equally as detestable in the sight of God. Both sins requires man to act as God in determining the fate and future of other men; place a value or devaluation on the life of others; to ignore the image of God stamped on the unborn and the slave. Furthermore, I don’t believe the slave would agree that lives in the womb be more valuable. The slaves preferred death over slavery. They sang, “And before I’d be a slave, I’d be buried in my grave. and go home to my Lord and be free.” Slave masters would literally take a chisel to the teeth of slaves & hammer, to knock their teeth out as punishment, or as an attempt to force them to eat. Some slave practiced total fasting as an attempting death by suicide on the installment plan, as a means of escaping slavery. I learned from @tomascol today that he and his ilk, I assume fellow Calvinist, simply don’t believe abortion and slavery are moral equivalents in the economy of God. God weighs abortion as a weightier sin than slavery according to Ascol. Ascol simply reduces slavery to the sin of “partiality” or discrimination. I’m literally astonished by this revelation. Not sure though how pervasive, or isolated/marginal that Ascol’s view is held among evangelicals at large, and Calvinist? Would appreciate various, honest, &/or biblically based answers to my question. Thanks.

I’m voting for character, as in someone who would not instigate, finance, participate in, or even attend, a gathering such as the Jan 6 insurrection, against the USA, led & financed by Donald J. Trump. I’m voting for competence, as in someone who would gladly accept credible information from a previous administration & use it effectively, as opposed to voting for someone due to a lack of governmental experience, would not accept a manual given to him from his predecessor, that gave him a blueprint based on tons of existing knowledge and experience acquired from the Obama administration, addressing how to successfully manage & thwart a pandemic. Trump’s gross mismanagement of the pandemic demonstrated colossal incompetence based on naivety, inexperience in government, and a disrespect & disregard for Obama, based on Obama’s father’s birth country. I’m voting for capacity, as in someone who has the capacity and bandwidth to demonstrate respect and high regard for all image bearers, and their ancestry, as opposed to voting for someone who accepts, defends, and contributes to denigrating Africa-“s’hole country”, Puerto Rico-“trash”, and somehow finds “good people” among those marching with tiki torches shouting, “no Jew is going to take our place.” Kamala Harris has the capacity to truly live out & demonstrate respect for all citizens of America, as “one nation, under God, with liberty and justice for all.” Trump does not have the capacity to do that being raised by a man who was arrested at a Klan rally, and was sued by the federal government for practicing housing discrimination based on color, and falsely accusing 5 Black men of rape, who were all exonerated by DNA evidence, and a confession by the real violator. Trump does not have the capacity to judge these matters in an unbiased manner. He asked that a Mexican judge be recused from judging a civil trial he faced solely on the basis that the Mexican judge was…Mexican. That’s textbook racism, that George W. Bush was willing to call it out for what it was-“racism”. You vote as you please. I’m voting for Kamala Harris who has the character, competence, capacity and experience to preside over our great nation, and capable of successfully & effectively addressing and managing whatever we might face as a nation, & unite us, not further divide us; while respecting all of us, not just some of us. I’m voting Kamala….Harris, that is, for all of the above reasons and more.

We ran an article Friday about how the Trump campaign has made a habit of deceptively using quotes in its TV ads, cutting out words and taking stuff way out of context. Then the campaign released the most egregious example yet. Here's a thread on deceptive quotes in its new ad.

This is a lie from the pit of hell. These interlopers were disrupting her meeting. There were other disrupters making noise at the same time. VP Harris was bringing order to the room. She was not reacting to “Jesus is Lord.” She attended church the immediate following Sunday & worshipped The Christ who is Lord. God doesn’t like ugly. It’s sinful to misrepresent what happened at that rally.

How sad it must be believing that doctors, scientists, scholars, historians, economists & journalists are all lying to you, but a criminal conman, business cheat, reality TV game show host with a lifelong history of blatant, unapologetic, nonstop lying, is telling you the truth.

Notice how Jimmy Carter never gets condemned for mixing politics with his Christianity. That’s because he focused on living it out rather than making grand declarations about it or using it as a legislative weapon against others. Jimmy Carter just focused on loving others well.
