I spoke last night with one of the lucky ones; an Afghan friend I've worked with for more than 15 years, now safely in a UK hotel with his family. Traumatised, disorientated & upset at leaving behind everything they built, with only 10 minutes' notice, they have nothing 1/

After we got the courier phone number from Swissport at JFK we dug around on google and found the BEX site/tracker. Good news yours is in the system at least. Hoping you get a driver assigned soon.

Almost got turned away from my brother’s when we showed up without either... 😳 Have you managed to get any other info from the bexdelivery.com baggage tracker...? ie waiting for driver status etc?
