These women are assholes. I’m sorry, to think you are entitled to someone based on their height? I’m 5’4 and married to someone 5’9’. I never ONCE thought I deserved anyone over a certain height (my brothers are over 6’4). I always looked for a guy who had a kickass personality. Who GAF otherwise? So sad. :/

@kdiopeb @chickyxime The classic saying is 100 lbs for 5 ft and 5 lbs for each additional inch. I still think this is a good average assessment for women. It really all depends on muscle. At 5’4 I fluctuated between 125 and 145 depending on if I was running v heavy lifting.

@chickyxime 15% of men are over 6 feet tall, 15% of women are under 125 pounds. Imagine their reactions if men said they only date women who are under 125 pounds

This is what an above average group of 7/10 American girls looks like. They're business students from a very good school (which already raises the average by a lot) They also have significantly below national average BMI. They gonna be top 15% earners. So, in order to looks and status match with them, you should be about 6 feet tall, be in decent shape, dress well, and earn about $150k. The numbers don't lie.

i understand why ppl do small talk when they are first meeting someone, but why do some ppl do compulsive small talk all the time? my MIL just by default talks nonstop. “do you think all of that will fit in that suitcase? i always check my suitcase, don’t want to be lifting it on the plane. i take it to the gate and check it there. they let you check it for free!” “uber is here! last time i took an uber it was a prius. hard to get ubers at my house, have to call ahead.” “i talked to margaret. did i tell you that? she called me. she’s getting ready to go to the airport. 2pm fight for her. but she’s flying domestic. gets in in the evening.” but like basically nonstop for hours. never anything that needs to be said, always just kinda autobiographical and impossible to respond to with anything other than “mmmm.” it is very much the same as someone following me around with a television playing nonstop ads, but if i don’t kinda pay attention to the ads i am rude. not only can i now not have a normal conversation with my fiancé, i cannot even have interesting thoughts in my own mind.
