Everyone's complaint: Openclaw keeps shutting down.
@calebhodges gave us all a markdown file that solves the common issues.
Want it? Comment "openclaw" and I'll DM it to you.

@CrunchEntity @BlackPanthaaYT @MKBHD @EposVox I have a piece that makes it so that nothing touches my face at all that I use sometimes.
But sure, whatever extreme weird thing you just said.
English

@seanmclellan @BlackPanthaaYT @MKBHD @EposVox Great, now do that daily for 2 years and when the face fungus starts, and you see bedsores on your face from lack of circulation, you will know how stupid "spatial computing" sounds, and why VR gamers know that is that is not happening until these are glasses or holograms.

I tested one, as someone that buys pretty much everything cutting edge I left pretty happy that I didn't purchase one. I think the demos they give will reduce sales overall if anyone has used a Meta Quest or any other VRB experience. There's little to set it apart, it's a toy with little reason to play with.
Also HEAVY, I thought you were just saying it. After 30 mins it put so much pressure on the front of my face... (with the top support band)
I am however happy to see a more experimental Apple these recent years. It's refreshing.

Remember when your ATF sold assault weapons to Mexican drug cartels and then those weapons were found at crime scenes where American citizens were murdered and you invoked Executive Privilege to stop the release of documents about the operation?
Barack Obama@BarackObama
President Biden is right, there is no place in America for this kind of violence. As a country we may not agree on everything, but we should be able to agree on that.

@elonmusk Hours to days? I think we can safely say that sometimes it’s years.

I tried using both 𝕏 and legacy media this weekend, but legacy media was so far behind and wrong that it was pointless.
When something is wrong on 𝕏, it is corrected very fast, but it stays wrong for hours to days on legacy media.
Austen Allred@Austen
You really can just straight up ignore all mainstream media. You don’t need to watch the news or read the newspaper. You can just get your information directly from random people on X and be perfectly well-informed.

@FluentInFinance Wouldn’t live anywhere other than one of them.
English

@theficouple The opposite would suggest that you shouldn’t be allowed to move places that have rules that are a better fit for you.
I’m for more freedom and more choices, not less.
English

@DoctorHenryCT Why should you and I trust the people who are over $30 trillion in debt with more money? Regardless of the reason.
English

@FranchiseMnA Doesn’t have to be anywhere near that price. There are ways to do it a lot less; but that’s one of the more expensive resorts - and it’s double the already high price due to 2 rooms at that resort.
English

We aren’t photographers anymore; but I’ll tell you this much: chances of getting something great for a low price is not good.
But it’s possible to spend a lot and also not get something great.
You want people with experience who know how to handle things when the day runs behind (it 100% will)
You want people who can be creative and get great shots even if the conditions are bad. Anybody can take a great photo in perfect conditions with unlimited time. But what if the schedule or weather (or both) changed and now they have 3 minutes to get important things and the conditions are not great. Can they deliver? A great photographer can.
Can they work with you to make you feel at ease and get genuine interactions, emotions, etc. where you don’t look awkward because you felt awkward while things were happening? A great photographer can.
Make sure to look at all the aspects of the day. A great wedding photographer needs to be good at photojournalism, product photography, portraits, natural lighting, sometimes artificial lighting, etc.
One trick that can help you is hire somebody to do engagement photos and see how you like working with them and how things turn out. This doesn’t cover all the bases I mentioned, but it’s a good place to start.
Source: my wife and I were international award winning wedding photographers for a decade.

@I_Am_Gatorboy45 Have 3 of them in my pocket right now. I keep them on hand to add extra to tips, because they are fun.
I order bands of them from the bank, 100-300 bills at a time.

I was using EMT as an example of the first medical position that came to mind where you work directly with patients that does not require a college degree.
I said this because the clueless person I was talking to claimed that *all* medical positions where you work directly with patients require college degrees, which is incorrect. I gave a specific common example disproving the claim.
I specifically said that in most places a high school diploma or GED + a certification is needed and that the certification usually takes around 2-4 months to get depending on where you’re located.
Why would I need to “admit” that qualifications are needed to be an EMT? I never claimed otherwise and in fact outlined *exactly* what qualifications are needed.
English

@seanmclellan @CooperChurch427 @515angel @Debunk_the_Funk @elonmusk @Rothmus So you admit you need qualifications? Thank you. I was just pointing out your hypocrisy in pretending anyone can be an engineer without qualifications and I am right. Take your L, thanks.

I bought and drove 12+ year old cars with 200-250k+ miles for years when I was younger and that worked out well for me. They weren’t nice, but they worked well and I never had a car payment.
Funny enough, the first time I spent a little more on a newer car, I got one that was 4 years old and had 68k miles. The transmission went out before I hit 90k miles.
English

@FatDag @markallanbovair 193k miles is decent..(?)
English

@MissJilianne In other news, if you buy a 2024 model of any car… it will be outdated next year
English

If you recently bought a car with HW4, it will be outdated next year. 😬
Elon Musk@elonmusk
@wholemars Then HW5, which has been renamed to AI5, in the second half of next year. The Tesla AI5 computer has ~10X the capability of HW4 computer and Tesla makes the whole software stack.
English

@ValueMilan @mooby64 … for now. Another few years of inflation like the last few?
Not so much.
