If you do Ecommerce and want to make millions more
Start testing France 🇫🇷
Most brands completely ignore it because everyone’s obsessed with the US.
Big mistake.
France has:
→ A massive ecommerce market
→ High online spending
→ Strong purchasing power
→ Millions of daily online shoppers
→ Lower competition than the US in many niches
The best part?
You usually don’t need to change much.
Duplicate your winning campaigns.
Keep the same offer.
Use the same creatives.
Let Meta optimise.
Some of the best scaling campaigns I’ve ever seen came from France.
Massively overlooked market 🇫🇷

Met a guy in his 40s from Hong Kong last week. Chill AF. But boy, he is LOADED.
Makes $200 mil+ a year in revenue with a few e-commerce brands. Doesn't give fucks about exiting those. That's not the goal.
Only cares whether his brands can pay him $1+ mil a quarter in dividends. The only thing that matters. Then he reinvests that capital into the stock market and other investments.
The reason he's able to extract money from his ecommerce business is that he runs on 85-day average terms with his factories. So he pays his factories for products AFTER he sells them. Great cash flow structure that very few eCom businesses have.
He believes $10 mil liquid is what EVERY entrepreneur should strive for as a first goal in business. That's when you can start breathing and not giving a FUCK.
True savage.

I feel like so many people can’t make it because they get distracted by noise
randoms on X keep spreading fear and rage bait just to farm your attention
and of course, negativity bias takes over
SynthID was already there. Nano Banana, Gemini, Veo, Imagen, Lyria, etc.
these things act like excuses for insecure people to stop putting the work in
if anything, just use Minimax/Hailuo and lock in

I don't know why more ecom founders aren't using AI to write their ad copy, landing pages, and email flows. Here's the exact workflow I use to build creatives across all my businesses:
1. Download all your customer reviews, your website, your competitors' reviews, and your top-performing advertorials. Everything goes into one place. The more raw input you give it, the better the output gets on the other side. Codex and Claude Code can build a trust pilot scraper within one prompt.
2. Run deep research with a proper prompt (e.g., “create me everything I need to know about my customer to do future marketing”). Remember that your prompts probably need to be twice as long as you think in this day and age.
3. You now have a customer doc - this is your source of truth for all future copy, so treat it like one and keep coming back to it.
4. Take that customer doc and give it the structure of the advertorial you want to write with a proper prompt, including a proper mechanism and solution mechanism.
5. Don't give it one massive prompt. My YT script prompting cycle is 14 prompts long because AI doesn't handle large blobs of data well. Give it 12 angles first, select the best ones, then prompt it with questions about what you already know about your customer, feed the answers back, and build from there.
6. Loop the results back in. The top creative in your ad account is the new input, and that performance data goes straight into the next round of prompts.
The problem with ecom used to be time. Finding products took weeks, building stores took weeks, shooting content took weeks.
But AI broke that barrier. You can now build 10 advertorials in a day, and that volume negates luck.
TLDR: Use more AI.

Had some good questions to this so will wrap em up in this post
A common one was about if the yappers are AI
We mostly only use real people (still test AI) but have found good talent and script = a banger
Real people can deliver little nuances that AI cannot
One of our creators said she looks for places to purposely mess up in scripts
That just adds a ton of authenticity
Another question was about briefing and scripting
We fully script all our yapper ads I’m not sure why people don't
Unless your creators have scripting and DR experience why would you let them write the script?
We look for people who can deliver a script word for word as if they're on facetime to a best friend
This is where the real magic is imo
And finally asking where we source them
We have a great talent manager who looks everywhere for creators
We go for quality over quantity and she has great taste in picking talent
If you're an agency or brand this is a must hire
There is a lot of discourse about yappers and I'm still not sure people fully get it
Might do a playbook with my head of performance on them soon

God bless yappers All yappers, all different stories and pain points MOSTLY TOF as well AMA about yappers ads
