@BloctoApp You contacted blocto wallet support and said the mailing has ended, but I didn't receive the email. How can I get it or send my Flows to another wallet?

Dear Blocto User, As previously announced, the official sunset process for Blocto Wallet is beginning. To ensure all users maintain permanent access to their assets, we have triggered a failsafe protocol for those who are still in Custodial Mode (meaning you have not yet exported your private key). 1. Automatic Private Key Distribution: If you have not yet switched to Non-Custodial Mode, we will automatically email your Private Key to your registered email address. This key will allow you to import your wallet to other services on Flow and access your funds. 2. Delivery Time Warning (Don't Panic): Due to the high volume of users, sending these emails will take several days to complete. If you do not receive your email immediately, please do not panic—it is in the queue and on its way. 3. Recommended Action: Switch Manually Now You do not have to wait for the email. The Blocto App is still accessible for a limited time. We strongly recommend logging in and switching manually to get your key immediately. How: Open Blocto App > Settings > Security > Non-Custodial Mode. Benefit: This guarantees you receive your key instantly without waiting for the email queue or worrying about spam filters. Once you have your Private Key (either via manual switch or the upcoming email), you can import it into other wallet services to continue managing your assets securely. Thank you, The Blocto Team
