In Nov, I discovered that @Xfinity has been charging me $19.99 for Netflix for the past 2 yrs, despite my direct payment to @netflix for the past 8 yrs. Netflix said they haven’t received payments from Xfinity via my account. Xfinity claims they don’t know where the payments went
