How I turned a side project into a 7 figure agency #1: Pick Your Niche - Select a niche where your skills can make the biggest difference (for me I am leveraging marketing skills for online service / software businesses, it’s called Insanely Smart Marketing)

A young entrepreneur just asked me... "What advice would you give to your 26 year old self?" Here's my answer: Keep at it every single day and you’ll catch breaks because you stayed consistent while others quit. Find people that have already done what you want to accomplish and get around them. Add as much value as you can so they want to help you. I had a mentor turn into a business partner and that gave me a giant boost in education and confidence. Save a ton of money because it gives you freedom to pursue opportunities that others can’t because they are trapped by bills. After 5-10 years you’ll shock yourself with how far you’ve come.

The problem with having a calendar full of commitments is that you never create space for creativity to emerge. Even if it does, you don’t have the time to act. Freedom shapes your future.

You don’t move forward by fixing the past. You move forward by building what’s next. I used to waste so much energy looking back. - Second-guessing decisions. - Replaying mistakes. - Trying to “fix” what was already behind me. But nothing changed, until my focus did. The breakthrough came when I stopped fighting the old... and started putting all my energy into building the new. Your past isn’t the problem. Your future is the project. Build forward. Do you understand?

“I don’t have time” There are 24 hours in a day: 8hr of sleep 8hr of work 1hr of training 2hr of other = 5 hours left You have time. It's priorities you are missing.

@sethdstevens Visibility ≠ viability. An audience is leverage, but value exchange is what keeps the engine running.

An audience can accelerate business but it’s not business. Business is exchanging value for money. Without this, no business has occurred.

Reminder from a millionaire and entrepreneur: Being lazy is a choice. Being invisible online is a choice. Being stuck in a 9-5 job is a choice. Being lukewarm “passionate” is a choice. Once you admit the truth you can finally make better choices. Your life can completely change in 12 months. Let it.
