Bullish on this. Smashed my 5k PB today. About to be 37 years old and fitter than I’ve ever been, 100% natural. You don’t need steroids, peptides, or anything else. Im 93kg and definitely don’t have a runners frame. 39 resting heart rate and VO2 max at 60. We aim to excel financially but physically, is even more important. It’s gonna be a good rest of the year!

as i get older i realize the biggest epidemic is dudes with no real identity if running gets cool they become runners. if tattoos get cool they cover themselves in tattoos. if being sober trends they become born again monks, mullet, coffee snob, golfer, carnivore, cowboy, whatever the algorithm tells them whole personality built out of social contagion thats why these dudes get smoked at everything. everyone can smell the fraud no weight behind anything they do because none of it came from their soul. just trend hopping be something real even if its ugly

The best way to gain an audience these days is to identify with the opposites. Polarization. Black-and-white thinking. Dehumanizing one side and elevating the other. Nuance is boring. It doesn’t perform well for the algorithm. It doesn’t enrage enough. But in real life, people are complex. They live lives of paradox. Of both and. Hence, why social media is becoming exhausting for most people. It doesn’t reflect reality. I predict the culture wars will end not because one sides narrative will win the popularity contest, but because most normal people will become so exhausted they will start having different conversations. Ones that humanize before demonizing. And start prioritizing real human connection over tribalism. One conversation, one person, one human interaction, at a time.

Had some shit news this week chads… And haven’t been that active because of it. Wife lost the baby… no idea why. Was fine at 8.5 weeks and 10 weeks, then 13 weeks no heartbeat. Down bad ngl. Anyone else been through this? And was it ok the next time?

If I could give you one success life hack. And trust me. I literally have a hyperbaric healing chamber in my house. I take life hacks seriously. If I could give you one tho. It'd be this. Grab a bunch of epic fantasy books as thick as your head. Replace all your TV and social media time reading them. Your brain will slowly start to work again. The focus from reading the thick ass wordy books will slowly put it back together. Sanderson. Abercrombie. Gaimman. Pierce Brown. Great places to start. Replacing this as your main time wasting hobby will give you absolutely crazy returns when it comes to actually making money. The focus you gain will make you lethal.
